The other day I was making a money transfer from my Cnd account to US account. The exchange rate was quite volatile, so I was kind of waiting around to save my self some money - not much, I think it was 11 cents. Anyway, this is not the point of this story. My question to you: did any body try to make money going back and forth and swing trade based on currency exchange. In more detail, is this legal, how do you report it? I know that at TDWaterhouse the exchange rate has fee incorporated, so its not like fees are not paid. To conclude this, one having hundreds of dollars in the bank could easily make some good money.
