Is is best to look for stock with low float or high float. Is is best to get stock with high owner from Institute. Say if 69 % is held be institute would that be a good stock to look at.

Low float normaly means that it can move quicker in price on news and such. Also if you buy the same number of shares in a low float company you will own a higher percentage of the company.

Institutional investors can be good as they normaly hold stocks for a longer time making the stock less volital.

Thanks for info on low float and instutional holdings. NOW. Can you recommend a site where I can get information on stocks float and number of stocks issues. Also where I can find number of instutional holders. My bookmark list is taking up L O T S of room on my favorites. Maybe there is one good site I can use to gather all this info. And again thanks for answering my question.
