I sent an email complaining about the costs of my trades and they lowered my fees, maybe you should try it.

they probably wont keep your fee's lowered for long Kumo... much like AOL wont give you free months indefinetly if you threaten to close your account.. <shrugs> better to just have a account with a brokerage who has low fee's to begin with then to hassle every few months with your current brokerage to lower there fee's...

They have the $9.95 trading platform for active traders. Are you getting a better break than that? I like etrade. I use them, Scottrade and Freetrade for my accounts. It is interesting to enter buys at all 3 and see who executes. I had to call in a pink sell the other day to Scottrade and got a better pricea dn quicker than the other 2. Maybe worth the extra money on occasion. -Debi I trade my sisters and nieces accounts at Harris Direct, Fidelity and Mytradz. The prices at the first 2 are absurd for pennies and mytradz is very reasonabel at $8. Good executions.
