This company was recently delisted from the NASDAQ. The stock has fallen over 12% since the delist date of February 12,2004. Profits continue to shrink and salaries remain excessive. Book value appears to be about $20 per share. Does a pink sheet listing bode ill for this stock?

BB A delisting from an"EXCHANGE" any exchange, means they cannot meet the rules of "that" exchaNge" usually it is a reporting issue, and it is never good, sometimes the "Reporting" issue is resolved an and confidences resumes. Expect a decrease in price and uncertainty. This is where your "PLAN " comes into play. If the company fundamentals are good, DON'T WORRY. Otherwise reduce position. IMO VAN
