Strategic Management & Opportunity Corporation (Pink Sheets:SMPP) proudly announces that its Board of Directors have unanimously voted to dividend shareholders with the company's common stock equivalent to 3% of the shareholder's current holdings; therefore, 3 common shares will be awarded for every 100 common shares of SMPP owned by a shareholder as of record date.
The Record Date for eligibility is set for January 19, 2011 with a Payment Date no later than February 22, 2011. Shareholders of record as of the record date will receive a restricted stock dividend equivalent to 3% of their recorded holdings. SMPP's Transfer Agent – Madison Stock Transfer Company (Contact Info: Mike Ajzenman - 718.627.4453) will be issuing the dividend stock.
