(OTC Bulletin Board: GOHG) announced recently that Alpha1 Security Inc., ("Alpha1") has entered into a stock purchase agreement with certain shareholders of Global Holdings pursuant to which Alpha1 will acquire approximately 83% of the issued and outstanding shares of GOHG. The agreement is conditioned upon payment of the consideration for the shares over a period of time. At such time as the transaction is effectuated, Alpha1 will assume control of GOHG and shall commence the process of "Merging" into Global Holdings Inc.
