As usual do your own DD but IMO can definitely have a run. Always try to get in before the run. I am not a stock chaser. I buy and wait for the run because with such low OS it most likely will have a run sometime.

Low for pinkies. From my experience the O/S counts for nothing. Was in CXAC, RMDM, LCRE where the O/S A/S was over 20 bills. Never regretted buying at .0001 and holding. They all paid off handsomely for me. From each of them made over 800% profits. Pinkies just need momentum, some news, or just a group run. I am not an investor, just a trader.
