Bederra Corporation: Bederra Corporation Initiates Stock Buyback and Announces Negotiations For Joint Venture Agreement
Houston, TX, Apr 07, 2010 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Bederra Corporation (Pink Sheets: BEDA), management reports that it has begun repurchasing shares of the company's common stock from the open market in its previously announced buy back program. As previously stated, management reiterated that the board of directors has approved the repurchase of up to fifty percent of the shares in the outstanding public float. This reflects management's commitment to drive shareholder value and appreciation in the company's current price per share to allow the company to more effectively complete merger and acquisition activities. Management stated that it would periodically release news updates with regard to the buy back, as well as shares purchased relative to the changing "Squeeze Trigger" price per share determined periodically by buyins.net. Also, the company announced that it has entered negotiations to re-enter the outpatient medical clinic market through a joint venture with an existing clinic. This clinic is located near the former Reliant Medical Clinic. Management believes that recently announced changes effected by the newly passed health care bill will prove advantageous to the company through future acquisitions or joint ventures with diversified clinics strategically located in target areas. The recent acquisition of Texas Mobile Health further enables Bederra to provide a wide range of services to any clinic that it owns, or with whom it forms a joint venture, in addition to clinics that may be served on a per client basis by TMH. The negotiations are ongoing and management stated that it would announce any letter of intent or definitive agreements executed in the near future.

BEDA up over 50% 392 mil vol! float was about 400mil! that is accounting for the shares that were bought back!

i have been adding shares whenever it dips down. riding well here. i have my next sell order in for .007, hopefully will see it there soon.

look for a possible afternoon rebound! .0015/16 might be a good entry before this one explodes!

2 year / daily chart i dont use indicators, i dont use voodoo, i just watch price vs resistances and supports within channels. i follow very simple patterns and its the way i like to keep it.
i believe the trend has changed, and is now in a longterm upward trend. AND as you can see, the volume increased just as the trend had changed. My ultimate target is the purple line .012 - .013 ballpark figure, because i think a V-shape chart pattern has formed.
As you can see (with my blue circles drawn), the pattern has changed from lower highs and lower lows, to now having higher highs and higher lows. i have yet to see a negation of this trend, and believe that volume will come pretty soon because of how i see the chart.
this is imo.
and here is another closer look at the chart / uptrend channel / and resistances/supports i have noted.

Looks like we might be ready for some upward momentum. Level 2 from what I understand showed the Ask's were thin on Fri. Might be ready for a jump imo. CCI is tuning up, RSI and TRIX are sideways, and Parabolic SAR is in a buy.
