Remember this is a stock trading at $.0059. If the company liquidated its assets and dispersed the proceeds of the sale, each shareholder would stand to receive $.032 a share. I think it is fair to say that this stock is trading well below its fair value, actually 500% below its fair value to be precise. Dear Family, Friends, Shareholders and Colleagues
We are sending you this letter to further update all on several matters. As President of the company I feel it is important to keep our shareholders up to date on as many matters as possible and as frequent . I am sorry for being less available to answer calls and or emails the past few weeks but now I can take the time to properly update everyone on all matters that I can talk about at this time.
Our company are working as fast as we can to finish the audits with our auditors and to finish now to file our last report with the SEC and Nasdaq with the audits and at that time we will have become once again a fully reporting company with the SEC and Nasdaq. Also it iis our understanding from our legal counselors that we will also be able to go back to Nasdaq OTC:BB fully reporting status. As the company continues to grow further after that we will work with the advisers to evaluate what other larger trading boards we might move to in the future and we will certainly keep you informed of these efforts as they get completed with the proper agencies.
Please understand that we are in the last few weeks of completing all the fully reporting compliance matters and preparing a lot of new business that is coming into our companies. Sometimes, it is not prudent for our office or principals to speak to shareholders in detail until such time that we make announcements to all by way of a press release and an 8k filing.
Please do not take our quietness at our office with assuming the company is not busy with these affairs . Just the contrary. We are bringing in more management, consultants, and industry professionals daily and with them come a great deal of business and activities which we will be announcing publicly all the details of in the very near term. Our SEC attorney and auditors are doing a great job for our company and they are actually the professionals that are doing all the final work listed above and working with the regulatory agencies on behalf of our companies.
Mainly I wanted to write to you to discuss matters that are more personal in nature. I know that we have had lots of people to call our office or send us emails over the past few weeks and to find that I and our office staff has not been as available as typically found in the past. I and my family had taken a short break to take care of my husband,who is also my best friend and co-founder of our companies. First of all let me just start by saying thank you to everyone who has sent prayers up for my husband.
At this time I can now and will explain why I have been less available, til now Since the beginning of the year my husband has been ill with a horrific debilitating and itching rash of his skin and his skin blistering all over his body since February 1 of this year. For over three months I had taken my husband to three different hospitals fearing he might had a terrible staph infection. While Chuck was getting sicker, weaker, and slowly failing, I was finally referred to take him to Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida on May 5. While at Shands and being treated for 1. what was now almost second degree burns all over his body from all the skin blistering, 2. tremendous pain and migraine headaches,3. and as his health kept deteriorating, I was not sure if I was going to leave the hospital with him or not. As this incredible hospital started to run tests to figure out what was attacking Chucks body, I soon learned by May 7 and then confirmed on may 12, that my husband had inoperatible lung cancer and the skin abrupt ions was a symptom of Lung Cancer. On May 12 a biopsy confirmed it was not one but two cancerous growths, one in his right lung and one in his bronchial tube, thus the reason for him loosing energy more each day due to a lack of oxygen.
The medical care today is amazing and Shands Hospital in our opinion is the finest and with the most compassionate professionals we have ever met at any hospital. As of today 1. Shands has removed the one cancerous mass from his air wave so he now is breathing better than he has in years, 2. his skin is now healed by 95% and 3. he has already had 18 radiation treatments to enable them to shrink the main mass in his right lung. When we first was given the prognosis, Chuck possibly had a very short time to be here with us but with treatments he has been receiving and which we both agreed to, the objective is to put his body in remission and live a quality life with us for as many years as the Good Lord Above has in store for him. At the time of this writing Chuck feels better than he has in years,, 2. He will still have to go through a regiment of chemotherapy treatments, but he is ready to get back to work and finish all the projects on his desk
When I first got the news of his illness, our company immediately brought in a whole team of additional management professionals to help Chuck and I finish all the current business affairs of the company and to begin the process of bringing a lot of new business activities into our companies. This work began on Mothers Day when we informed our counselors through a private conference call.
Through the hard work of those professionals and the legal and auditing compliance team , there is some incredible new plans for the company which we will be announcing as soon as the agencies and other member of our advisory team tells us we can make those public statements. We do believe this will be forthcoming in a very short time period. We would like to assure you that we have one of the finest management, auditing and legal team any company could ask for. They have stepped forward to help the company finish all the old unsettled business and they are bringing in a larger management company to help run all the new business they are planning to bring to EMXC . This will all be going on at the same time That the EMAX Media Group Team will be rolling out all of its new products, services and events and going public at the same time as its own publicly trading"
Chuck wanted to say to everyone thanks for your calls, emails, cards , and most of all your prayers. He truly has felt all the prayers and believes that is what has helped him get well so quickly. Since Chuck is already getting better, he plans to work with Shands and the American Cancer Society's Hope House in Gainesville Florida to let more people know how incredible the hospital and their medical staff and teams are. Shands is a teaching hospital in conjunction with the University of Florida in Gainesville. The nurses, Doctors, and special oncology and radiation clinics are incredible and some of the finest and most compassionate people we have ever had the privilege to meet , and everyone that has had care at Shands will tell you the same thing. The American Cancer Society's Hope House in Gainesville is run by donations and it is a resting shared living facility for families that live more than an hour from the hospital and has to have treatments daily. We have spent the last three weeks at the Hope House and we have been absolutely privileged to meet so many incredible and heart warming families from all over the country that unfortunately are all going through some sort of similar cancer treatment themselves
What I quickly realized is that, when you have to go through something like this your whole new way of thinking begins. Now I try to tell everyone, everyday how much I love and miss them and what they mean to me. All our shareholders are important to us here at EMAX. Chuck, with the great care from Shands will be here with all of us and I for a much longer period of time now than I thought was possible just three weeks ago.
We Were sent to Shands by professional Doctors and after walking into the ER at 1:30 am on May 6, 2010, I just knew Chuck was going to get better. I even told all the Dr's and Nurses that Shands would be the hospital , if anyone could do it, that would super glue my superman back together again LOL. If you have a loved one that is wrestling with Cancer or think they might be, DON'T WAIT. Get to Shands and let them everyone there know about your ailments or sickness.. They will figure out what is wrong. I am sure of it. If you can not get to Shands get to the best Cancer hospital near you and do not delay. Medical treatments today is amazing what they can do. The earlier it is found, the faster and easier it is to treat, and the longer you will have to share your life with that loved one. I am attaching a list of incredible links below that may help you, a family or friend find advice on all the wonderful services that are available to those in need. The most amazing thing I have learned more than anything is this, There are more cancer survivors than most people realize. It is amazing how only the bad things are talked about when there are so many miracles today and every day happening through the hands of Gods' special angels, and that is those Doctors and Nurses that took up those professions to do just that. To take care of us, fix our broken bodies and never ever complain. My sister is a RN, and one of our Daughters is in Medical training right now for nursing and maybe will go on to Medical School. I can not begin to thank all the Dr's and Nurses that nursed my Husband back to close to normal health. There is not enough words in the dictionary to expess my graditude and love for each and everyone of them. If you are having medical treatment somewhere and they are taking care of you as well, tell them how much you appreciate them. They work there whole life for our health and regard only. I would hope this letter can shed some light on very important personal and professional facts surrounding our our past two months of events.
I have met more cancer survivors this past month than I ever knew was in the world, Cancer may not always be curable but it can be put in remission so love ones can have that special time with their family and friends a little, and sometimes a lot longer than originally expected. The past two weeks I have been back to work around the clock with our dynamic team for our shareholders. For those folks who have wanted to know why there has been certain delays in reaching me or the company, it is because we have all been busy doing what is necessary to move the company along productively and nursing the Founder back to health. Future news will be forthcoming shortly and it will be worth the wait, Again thank you for your love and support but mostly your prayers. Chuck wanted me to tell everyone again, he has felt everyone;'s prayers and he is ready to get back to work and Rock and Roll.
