GTLA. What a great day on this stock today. Traded with incredible volume and was testing the water of .0004 today. Imo we are going to see that price and higher today. I think we were just shaking the flippers out and now we can work with real people who are in this one for the long haul. Company also had news after the close. the news is about the debate on medical marijuna and the positive effects it is having on patients that are having pain and diffucties with a diffrent varitey of illnesses. There is alot of big names backing the legalizing of prescribed marijuana including Montel Willams, Larry King and President Obama. It just so happens that Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions is in the right place at the right time to provide clinical care to those individuals who have been prescribed therapeutic cannabis for medicinal, pain relief purposes. Imo we are still at a great entry price and we are going to see a huge run on this real soon so if your holding congrats and if your not it is a good time to take a postion. Good luck to you all and remember to do your dd!!!

FULLERTON, Calif., March 8, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA - News) issued a statement today regarding the debate over medical marijuana.

Joycelyn Elders, MD, former US Surgeon General, wrote, "The evidence is overwhelming that marijuana can relieve certain types of pain, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms caused by such illnesses as multiple sclerosis, cancer and AIDS -- or by the harsh ****s sometimes used to treat them. And it can do so with remarkable safety. Indeed, marijuana is less toxic than many of the ****s that physicians prescribe every day." (Source: http://medicalmarijuana.procon.org/view.answers.php?questionID=1325).

While studies show that therapeutic cannabis aids in pain relief, helps physical conditions to improve and allows the aching population to function with increased capability, the medical marijuana movement still faces some tenacious opposition. On the other hand, it also has some unwavering proponents, including talk show host, Montel Williams.

Williams has participated in several debates and lectures on the subject of medical marijuana use. A clip of one debate that aired on the CNN program, Larry King Live, can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZZL9dIgHvA. During this particular debate, he makes the point that he is not an advocate for legalizing marijuana, but rather, his goal is for doctors across the country to be able to prescribe therapeutic cannabis as a medication for pain relief, just as they'd prescribe any other ****.

In addition, President Obama has commented on the subject, stating that even though he's not familiar with all the details of the initiative that was passed and what safeguards were in place, he thinks the basic concept of using medical marijuana is entirely appropriate when legitimately prescribed by doctors and used as a treatment for illness in the same way and with the same controls as other ****s prescribed by doctors (Source: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvUziSfMwAw&feature=related).

Eugene Espinosa, President of GTLA, commented, "CTS has been developed to identify the best therapeutic practices for medical marijuana users. According to http://www.marijuananews.org/, the State of Colorado has legalized marijuana for medical use, and has placed it in the Colorado Constitution, Article XVIII # 14, the Supreme Law of Colorado. Therefore, Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions is in the right place at the right time to provide clinical care to those individuals who have been prescribed therapeutic cannabis for medicinal, pain relief purposes. Our goal moving forward is to educate the community on the benefits that this resource provides to qualified, registered patients when used under the proper care and supervision of licensed professionals, like those who staff CTS

JFPENNY, you know yesterday the company releaseed two news threads. One was at 8:00 AM which I am posting below and the second was at 4:00 PM which you have posted above. GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA) issued a statement today that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed for the company to acquire Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC based in Colorado Springs. Eugene Espinosa, President of Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, will assume the role of President of GTLA.

Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC is a multidisciplinary behavioral health care practice that offers mental health, substance abuse and primary caregiver services to communities of Colorado. The company's focus is to provide cost-effective quality treatment and to create, promote, and maintain a positive customer relationship with clients, associates and the community. One of the functions of the clinic would be to provide comprehensive care to individuals who are registered and authorized to utilize medical marijuana.

Eugene Espinosa, President of CTS, has completed the course work and clinical supervision requirements for a Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado. His B.A. is from the University of Colorado and his M.A. was re-earned from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Espinosa has over thirty years experience working in government agencies. He served as Clinic Director for three Community Mental Health Centers in Nevada and as Clinical Director for the Cheyenne Mountain Re-Entry Center in Colorado. He has also been employed as a Psychologist II for the Nevada Department of Corrections. In 2004, he retired from the State of Colorado as a primary Therapist responsible for the Reintegration Opportunity Unit for the Colorado Department of Corrections. He also worked for Colorado State Hospital and Colorado State University. From 2006 to present, he has provided therapy and consulted for CTS, LLC.

Eugene Espinosa commented, "I am honored to accept my appointment as President of GTLA, and am looking forward to bringing CTS to the next level.

"In light of the recent shooting at the Pentagon, I feel obligated to address the incongruous link that some media outlets suggest between the shooter's violent choice of behavior and his reported use of marijuana. The Los Angeles Times stated in an article that the shooter, John Bedell, tended to self-medicate with marijuana (Source: http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-pentagon-shooter6-2010mar06,0,4506100.st ory?track=rss). Studies show that marijuana allows for improved functionality and pain relief, making it a valuable resource for qualified, registered and medically supervised users. Medical marijuana, as with any drug or controlled substance, is intended to be used under the close supervision of licensed professionals, such as those who staff CTS. CTS has been developed to identify the best therapeutic practices for medical marijuana users. In fact, we have been encouraging senators and other public officials to enforce a treatment plan to monitor medical marijuana use. Had the shooter properly utilized medical marijuana under the care and supervision of a therapist, his mental illness and behavioral tendencies would have been spotted and addressed, and this tragic incident may have been avoided. Marijuana cannot be blamed for this incident; rather, it should be attributed to a biochemical irregularity, coupled with poor choices and lack of proper supervision."

GT Legend Automotive Holdings and Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC Review Benefits of Medical Marijuana

.Companies:GT Legend Automotive Holdings Inc..Press Release Source: GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. On Tuesday March 16, 2010, 4:00 pm

FULLERTON, Calif., March 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA - News) issued a statement today reviewing the benefits of medical marijuana.

Medical Marijuana can be used to treat glaucoma, nausea, vomiting, appetite loss and chronic pain. It can provide relief for patients suffering from arthritis, multiple sclerosis, insomnia, seizures and other painful ailments. According to Mitch Earleywine, Ph.D., an associate professor of psychology at SUNY Albany, opponents of medical marijuana mention that other drugs are available to treat these and other disorders. However, Dr. Earleywine points out that people differ; some patients do not respond well to other medications, and may even experience adverse side effects. Therefore, therapeutic cannabis is a proper choice for certain cases.

(Source: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/03/05/health/cbsdoc/main4844665.shtml).

According to the American Nurses Association, "The American Nurses Association (ANA) recognizes that patients should have safe access to therapeutic marijuana/cannabis. Cannabis or marijuana has been used medicinally for centuries. It has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of symptoms and conditions."

(Source: American Nurses Association. "Position Statement: Providing Patients Safe Access to Therapeutic Marijuana/Cannabis." March 19, 2004. http://medicalmarijuana.procon.org/view.answers.php?questionID=1325 / http://www.nursingworld.org/MainMenuCategories/EthicsStandards/ArchivedNews.aspx ).

As of December, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment reported 820 physicians recommend medical marijuana. (Source: http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/release/2009/121709.html). One of which is Dr. Alan Shackelford, who says he "screens his patients carefully and examines them thoroughly before writing a marijuana recommendation." He says "I found that the research and clinical experience of patients with Cannabis as medicine was overwhelmingly positive, found it was a useful thing for them." (Source: http://www.globenewswire.com/newsroom/ctr?d=186779&l=6&a=www.9News.com%2Fnews%2F article.aspx%3Fstoryid%3D134581%26catid%3D339&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.9news.com%2Fnew s%2Farticle.aspx%3Fstoryid%3D134581%26catid%3D339. "Doctor believes more physicians will recommend medical marijuana" by Lori Obert & Anastasiya Bolton).

Eugene Espinosa, President of GTLA, commented, "CTS has been developed to identify the best therapeutic practices for medical marijuana users. We are firm believers in the use of therapeutic cannabis, as long as the patient has a legitimate recommendation from a doctor, and as long as they are undergoing the proper and therapeutic treatment and support. CTS is here to serve the aching population and to provide such therapeutic support for approved, registered medical marijuana users. From a financial point of view, a center with approximately 400 patients can generate revenues of approximately $70,000 per month."

Company came with news today, Imo we are going to see some big gains and some high volume from this company in the am, and should see an awesome run the next few days. This is a great time to take a position if your not holding and for those who are still holding congrats cuz we are going to have a big day in the am. Keep this or put this on your radar list and good luck to u all. Heres the news.

FULLERTON, Calif., April 29, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA - News) in conjunction with Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, reported today that the medical marijuana market is booming. According to an article posted on CNBC.com, CNBC estimates that the marijuana industry is a $40 billion a year market (Source: http://classic.cnbc.com/id/36331495).

Medical marijuana is legal in 14 states: Colorado, California, Vermont, Washington, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan and Rhode Island. Ballot measures or legislation allowing medical marijuana are pending in 14 additional states including Alabama, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, New York, Missouri, Maryland, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Wisconsin (Source: www.usatoday.com/money/industries/health/2010-04-20-medical-marijuana_N.htm).

An article by Rob Reuteman entitled, "Medical Marijuana Business is on Fire," appeared in USA Today and outlined the industry's recent rise. The article states that in the past six months, the number of patients and dispensaries has skyrocketed; it's estimated that more than 100,000 Colorado residents can legally purchase marijuana for medical use (Source: http://www.usatoday.com/).

The state of Colorado receives over 1,000 applications per day for authorized marijuana permit cards, yielding $90,000 per day in revenue from the registration fees (Source: Green Rights Radio 101.5, Denver).

Eugene Espinosa, President of GTLA, commented, "There are approximately 400 wellness centers in Denver, Colorado alone. Each center services between 500 and 1500 patients. Medical marijuana sells for $420.00 per ounce, and the average patient's purchase is 2 oz. of product per month. Therefore, a 1500-patient center will generate monthly revenues of $1,260,000 in product sales alone."

GTLA, News out after the bell on friday, Imo this one is going to pop this morning. Two solid prs the the past couple of days. This traded with huge explosive volume on friday and i think were going to see some nice gains for those who took a position. Also the one who didnt this is still a good time to get in on this. Were at a great entry price@ .0002. We could be seeing .0004 or higher today on this news. Looking at the charts is is following the same pattern like in feb. Good luck to u all and this is just my opinion do your own dd. Here is the latest news..

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 30, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA - News) in conjunction with Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, announced today that Eugene Espinosa, the company's President, has been busy promoting the CTS wellness center via a series of presentations to cancer patients in Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities.

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is 1 of 27 Institutes and Centers that comprise the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) and is a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In the National Cancer Institute Act of 1937, NCI was established as the Nation's principal agency for cancer research. As a Federal Government agency, NCI receives its funds from the U.S. Congress. These funds support research at the Institute's headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, and in laboratories and medical centers throughout the United States and in other countries. NCI's budget for the 2008 fiscal year was $4.83 billion. For the 2007 fiscal year, it was $4.79 billion, and, for 2006, it was $4.75 billion. (Source: http://www.cancer.gov/).

According to the American Cancer Society's 2003 data, more than 1,300,000 Americans are diagnosed with cancer each year. At least 300,000 of them will undergo chemotherapy, and 132,000 patients may have therapeutic cannabis recommended to them to combat the side effects of conventional treatments (Source: http://www.americansforsafeaccess.org/). Vinciguerra et al. found that 78% of 56 patients suffering from nausea who were resistant to standard ****s became symptom-free after inhaling cannabis (Source: http://www.concept420.com/).

A 1999 report published by the Institutes of Medicine stated that nausea, appetite loss, pain and anxiety, all of which are symptoms associated with cancer, can be mitigated by medical marijuana. The same report also stated that pills are generally ineffective in treating patients experiencing severe nausea or vomiting because of the difficulty in swallowing or keeping a pill down and the slow onset of the **** effect. Therefore, they conclude that cannabinoid inhalation is effective in treating the nausea that is caused by chemotherapy.

Kathryn Newman, R.N., M.S., states, "Medical marijuana can be used as a pain reliever to combat the discomfort caused by various cancers. It can also soothe the nausea associated with chemotherapy. In addition to pain relief, studies also show that the euphoric effects of the chemical THC which is contained in cannabis may act as a mood elevator; this is yet another benefit for cancer patients."

Here we go on GTLA, This one is going to be huge this morning!! Company released profit projections in this morning news. Company will be bringing in 1.8 mil a year in revenue and this could be even higher with the strict regulations that the Department of Public Health and Environment have set forth. Gtla is in compliance with all these regulations as said in the last news statment. Imo this one is going to be huge open today with some high volume and some nice gains the rest of the week and into next. We are at a perfect entry price and with these two news releases we should make some nice profits.Remember to do your own dd. You can start here with the latest pr.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., May 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GTLA - News) in conjunction with Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC, released a statement today discussing its profit projections.

The company has opened a licensed grow facility, thus reducing product costs and doubling profit margins. Now, instead of generating revenues of $75,000 per month, each location can bring in $150,000 per month, totaling $1,800,000 per year per center.

According to an article posted on CNBC.com, CNBC estimates that the marijuana industry is a $40 billion a year market (Source: http://classic.cnbc.com/id/36331495). The state of Colorado receives over 1,000 applications per day for authorized marijuana permit cards, yielding $90,000 per day in revenue from the registration fees (Source: Green Rights Radio 101.5, Denver).

Eugene Espinosa, President of GTLA, states, "Medical marijuana sells for around $420.00 per ounce, and the average patient's purchase is two ounces of product per month. Since we're utilizing our independent, licensed grow facility, we are able to increase our profit margin by approximately $100.00 per ounce of product, leading to amplified revenues."

PLBI not much volume today but lots of rumors about news coming on this one soon. I think it is going to be big like back in january. This thing exploded from .002 to .02 in no time. We are at a good entry price and have strong support holding us up and weak resistance until we hit .014 which is the 20 day MA. I think we will break through that and the 50 day MA we might bounce back off or have a hard time breaking through that one. Lets see what happens when the news hits the wire. Remember to do your own dd Good luck to you all!!
