conclusion of the stock, not sure I know what you mean. I just look for stocks with certain parameters, and based on past trading patterns, current volume and potential news items, how a stock might react...

you can find stocks with in the otcbb index or the pinksheets index, or if you want you can use googles stock screener and put in your own criteria. Most stocks which are trading in higher than average volume are posted, same with high gainers/losers etc.
