Twister and I had to blow off little dust, but underneath that dust is a gold mine. As far as a clean shell, there is none any cleaner.
The BK is our validation. A chapter 7 means all the debt went Bye, Bye! It also means all of the other things negative go bye, bye.
What remains will be the confirmation of the shell exchanging hands. Will that happen? Twister, which I know does her DD, got confirmation from the BK Trustee the shell is good to go for a merger candidate.
The news will happen. Time frame is anyone's guess, but I too believe it will be sooner than later.
It will happen. How do I know? The BK Trustee is basically reopening the case for the merger to take place. Now, if that is not a confirmation that there is not an interested party in this shell, then I am missing something on this one.......
Cheaper shares? Highly unlikely. Someone or some group is obviously in the process of taking over this shell. They have been accumulating stock in it for some time now. That is obvious by the previous moves we have seen in the stock. The more they accumulate, the higher the price will go. Once they take full control of the shell there is no telling what the upside may be. It all depends what is going to be rolled into the shell.
It is basically a clean shell now, with NO DEBT!. All the bad baggage has been written off. No debentures, no preferreds, NADA!
It is like getting involved in a a full blown IPO for .02......Helluva of deal! JMO

You need more confirmation this is not some elaborate pump or dump scheme? Well wait until you get a confirmation the interested parties have purchased the shell. Unfortunately, by that time, you may be looking @ .10 stock if not higher........No hype, just facts from our DD.....Not just my DD. Twister and Wreckem have devoted a lot of time and money to this story... Their hard work looks like it may pay big dividends...
I am here to validate their efforts. I have followed up on their DD and can confim it.
The PFOB BK Trustee, Rob Yaquinto, has confirmed to me and to my Father who operates a well-known DFW Hedge Fund, that all previous owners shares are deemed worthless. I think you know I only post facts here after I have done my DD. Just like when we found out the BK had been terminated. He belives the total share count is around 7M and I need to see if he and the T/A were in communications or where that 7M number came form.
I will probably get my rear end chewed, but we also know that the BK had for some time not allowed the rightful shell owner to reverse merge an existing private company. That too was solved yesterday between Mr. Yaquinto and the attorney who is handling both the Performing Brands and Boo Koo filings.
There is a lot that I cannot post that you know about, but I am excited as Tony Romo winning a playoff game.
There will be a Change of Command on the PFOB Shell and there will be reverse merger; sooner than you might think.
Within means it could be tomorrow. could be next week. I'd imagine with this movement they'd like to get it going before too many people get their hands in the cookie jar, if ya know what i mean.

I found out the SEC Filing for the new owner will be this week or next according to reliable sources. After that 8K is filed then the R/M gets announced.
The BK Trustee for PFOB, Mr. Yaquinto, has officially told us that ALL insider shares for Performing Brands has been canceled as a part of the Chapter 7 Liquidation Process. That means that the insiders have been ordered by Court to DTC those shares for cancelation. Those shares no longer have any value and cannot be traded in the open market.
The BK Trustee has also informed us that there are approximately 7M shares in the OS now and no one can issue new shares at this point in time. There is a company in Dallas that has bought close to 5M shares in the open market since October and has now become the majority shareholder in this shell.
This share cancelation has also been confirmed by the Attorney handling the BK Filings for both Performing Brands and Boo Koo Beverages. The Chapter 7 PFOB Filing was terminated in May of last year and the Boo Koo BK is expected to be closed in February this year.
So, the share structure located in the IBOX has now been OBE and will be updated tomorrow after I get some sleep.
In summary, the OS is now approximately 7M per the BK Trustee.

Now that all the nervous investors are out and news starts hitting the wire, it'll head up where it's supposed to. .05 by the end of the week imo. -loaded up on todays drop
