In my opinion, FASC has found itself well positioned for the green energy bull run. The pps does not reflect the tremendous potential. FASC's patented grinder-dryer KDS Micronex is an all-in-one solution which processes a wide variety of raw materials and wastes into fine, dry powders which can be used for the manufacturing of ethanol, other "green fuel" or pathogen free fertilizer.

Company has recently reached commercial viability and has inked contracts worldwide. See the following link for comphrehensive due diligence: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=566

First American Scientific Corp (FASC – OTCBB) acquires 50 % interest in South Korean joint venture company to further introduce KDS technology to South Korea

Abbotsford, BC - (WORLD STOCK WIRE) - June 16, 2009 -- First American Scientific Corp. (OTCBB: FASC) is pleased to announce it has acquired a 50 % interest in JP FASC Korea Co. and signed a new exclusive license agreement to manufacture and market the KDS technology in South Korea.

Operating under the name “JP FASC Co., Ltd”, we will jointly, in conjunction with our Korean partner, setup a fully operational KDS processing facility in South Korea to showcase our technology. The grant of the new expanded license confirms our confidence in our technology and need for the KDS System in Korea’s energy and waste management sectors. The first KDS sale under the new regime goes to a forestry company, Energia Co. Ltd, who has a recycling contract to clean up the local forest by turning waste biomass into usable energy products.

Our first royalty check arrived this quarter with a share of the profits to follow. Under the agreement, all funding for the Korean operation will be provided by the Korean shareholders.

According to Mr. Nichols, President of FASC “ this solidifies our position in the Korean market, as we gain strength and credibility in a region where the disposal of waste has become an urgent problem as dense populations are crowded into relatively small land mass. The KDS System can solve waste management problems by converting problematic waste materials such as wood waste, biomass, agricultural waste, pulp sludge, and municipal waste into valuable resources; lowering disposal costs and creating green energy.”

First American Scientific Corp. develops, manufactures, licenses, and sells the KDS Micronex system, a patented disintegration system capable of cleaning and reducing many types of waste materials to a fine dry powder suitable for combustion, or to be used as a nutrient- rich, pathogen-free fertilizers.

FASC now has licensees in Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Brazil, USA and Canada and marketing representatives in Norway, Poland, Russia and Australia.

For other applications using the KDS Micronex, please refer to our website for further details at www.fasc.net.

I don't think there will be MUCH movement, but if it pulls back a hair for a buy, and closes up 5%, that's not a bad profit for the day. I wouldn't expect a close of more than about +5% on Monday though

This is the first time in the company’s history that it has reached the million dollar benchmark.

“We have sold thirteen KDS machines system-wide in the first six months of this year, compared with seven for the in the entire fiscal year ended June 30, 2009. This appears to be the first installation with more than one KDS (kinetic disintegration system) machine.

For anyone new to the stock, the KDS dries and dries in a single step process. Spinning chains pulverize the materials, and in doing so the materials are dried via kinetic energy. (No natural gas or any other fuel is used...the machines runs off electricity.)

For a comprehensive description, read this. (Essentially a copy of a description of the process from the Industrial Handbook of Drying by
Arun S. Mujumdar.

The basis of the product BioDeposit sapropel (limnological sediment of freshwater lakes) and peat. Thanks to the technology used the product contains a wide range of natural biologically active substances (humic and fulvic acids, amino acids, vitamin complex, nitrogen reproducing organisms, micro and macro) that form the soil structure and increase its fertility, forming humus soil. Ideally, the soil humus is granular loose structure, providing the ingress of water and air. With the ability to BioDeposit form stable complexes with components of the soil, in which he moved, BioDeopsit has a great influence on the processes occurring in the soil. Available as part of the natural systems BioDeposit substances increase the fertility of the soil, retain moisture, improve soil structure, eliminate the effects of soil erosion and prevent its salinity. BioDeposit activates biofaunu soil saturates the soil active microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, protozoa) involved in the formation of humus, its saturation with nitrogen. In addition, organic substances are regarded as the adsorbent, which can bind pesticides and their residues, making them less available to plants and prevents the contamination of groundwater. Included in the BioDeposit organic matter also reduces the possibility vyschelochivaniya nutrients in the growth zone of roots. BioDeposit, Experience shows that using BioDeposit, significantly increases the productivity of agriculture: kortofel - 20% corn - 30% growth of grass on the pastures of 2-3. BioDeposit Using BioDeposit water consumption for irrigation is reduced by several times.BioDepsit, Crops which are grown in soils with the use of the product BioDepsit, are environmentally friendly.

First American Scientific Corp (FASC – OTCBB) Announces Approval of Second Japanese Patent "A Comminuting and Drying Method and its Process"

Jun. 13, 2010 (World Stock Wire) --

Abbotsford, BC - (WORLD STOCK WIRE) - June 13, 2010 -- Mr. C. L. Kantonen, Chairman of First American Scientific (OTCBB: FASC) is pleased to announce that we received confirmation today that our second Japanese application for the “A Comminuting and Drying Method and its Process” has been approved and will now be processed and published in the Official Japanese Patent Gazette upon registration.

First American Scientific Corp’s technology is licensed in Japan to JP Steel Plantech Co., a well established engineering company formed in 2001 by four Japanese steel industry giants; Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI), Hitachi (NYSE:HIT) Zosen (Hitz), JFE Engineering (JFE) and Sumitomo Heavy Industries (OOTC:SOHVY) (SHI). To date, five KDS machines are in operation in Japan converting waste biomass to fertilizer and fuel.

According to Brian Nichols, “This is another major milestone confirming that our KDS technology is unique and innovative. Similar applications are now before the patent review boards in Malaysia and Korea where approvals are expected."

According to Noel Wambeck, P.Eng, consulting engineer and FASC partner, the KDS Micronex system plays an integral role in the efficient preparation of biomass into green fuel. We have searched the world over for viable alternatives, but can find nothing that can compare to the KDS equipment for efficiency and cost. The potential in the Asian market is exceptional and this patent approval again confirms its unparalleled characteristics.

The KDS “Kinetic Disintegration System” creates a clean dry powder from all forms of waste biomass in an efficient, cost effective manner without the use of any supplemental fuel. In addition, the end product is EPA certified pathogen free suitable for use as a Class A fertilizer, or a clean burning fuel which can be used in both domestic or industrial burners. With licensed operations in North America, South America, Asia and Europe, First American Scientific Corp is well poised to dominate in the alternative green energy markets.

First American Scientific Corp (FASC – OTCBB) announces the start up of a 20,000 ton per year Biomass Recycling plant in Okinawa, Japan

Abbotsford, BC - (WORLD STOCK WIRE) - July 26, 2010 -- Cal Kantonen, Chairman of First American Scientific Corp. (OTCBB: FASC) is pleased to announce the completion of a 20,000 ton per year waste wood pellet production facility by Biomass Recycling Center Co. Ltd ( BCR ) in Uruma City, Okinawa, Japan. The plant, which includes three KDS Model S-6 systems, was designed and engineered by JP Steel Plantech Co., FASC s licensee for Japan.

The plant consists of three independent production lines. Each line is centered around one KDS Model S-6 system and processes 2,750 kgs per hour or 22 tons of wood waste per 8 hour shift. Total plant capacity is 66 tons per day, or 20,000 tons of wood pellets per year. Future plans are in place to triple the plant capacity and to add 6 additional KDS systems.

The pellets will be sold to Okinawa Electric Power Company to be mixed with coal at the Kin thermal power plant and will add a “green energy” component to their power generation and reduce their dependence on imported fossil fuels.

This project represents a major achievement in First American’s plans to revolutionize the alternative green energy business of ‘turning waste into resources’ and will become a showpiece for our KDS technology. According to documents released by BCR “Our intention is to expand procurement of raw materials and research for other material such as sewage sludge and animal waste sludge to diversify the biomass resources.” Future plans include tripling the plant capacity and adding 6 additional KDS systems.

Okinawa, Japan, population 1.4 million, is a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean about halfway between mainland Japan and Hong Kong. Just about everything they need on the island is imported by either plane or boat, but according to local law, no waste can leave the island. It has thus become a world leader in recycling.

FASC’s patented KDS “Kinetic Disintegration System” creates a clean dry powder from waste biomass in an efficient, cost effective manner without the use of supplemental fuel. The clean burning fuel can be used in both domestic and industrial burners to create heat for electrical power known as “green energy”.

FASC has licensed operations in North America, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Europe.
