I think IBM is one of their partners just like many others. I am not sure if IBM wants to acquire the company. If IBM does make any bid, it would be in the right direction. I have contacted the PR at IBM

This proxy was for May shareholder meeting- I guess the R/S must have been voted out? They were suggesting a name change too.

I called enherent secretary Lori Lynn Stanley and left a message. I asked her about the shareholder meeting, and the result was that the reverse split and name change were both overturned. No split. The volume is steadily gaining, but it doesn't look like any dilution is taking place- chart (weekly):
