50 new stores planned and Donini Italian Sauce to be sold in Wal-Mart as well as National Hotel Chain Contract.

Franchises to begin in NY and Dallas early next year.

Check it out. At .0072, this one is steam IMO.

The last share count i can find listed was in late Aug, the OS was 97 million.

I called today and the OS is under 85 million.

That's a nice sign, although less shares to trade with this low volume penny.

As long as their buying back shares, doubt if we will see a big PR until their done.

Can't imagine they want the price to jump while their buying, they can get more shares for the dollar if it stays down.

I am surprised that a company is actually buying back a fair amount of shares compared to their OS.

Looks good in the longer run, they must think it's worth it, could be a good sign of things to come.

We will see.

Stock looks coiled to me, consolidation at 007 level looks to be about done. Check out the accum/dist line. IMO

Had a good day, still nothing from the CEO about the actual buyback.

Those t trades are still going through, in this stock it has been a good sign, as the OS has decreased lately.

I've emailed him a bunch of times and nothing. A PR about the buyback would go a long way...

Guess we got that PR.

Not exactly what most were expecting by what the pps did today after news.

That can change, although a weird mix in businesses.

It was a shocker wasn't it, the one thing I took from the PR was it said it would spin off the pizza business, so hopefully, we get shares of the new company...

This should turn around fairly shortly.

If had been stated that the AS had increase quite a bit, which it appears that was not the case.

Looks like it might been heading the other way again.

We will see how it goes now.

You folks might want to take another look at DNNC.

This is coming out of the basement and will easily break .01 and move on up to .04+ IMO.

It has been trying to surge several times, just can't get the volume yet.

Getting into prime pinky time, some pennies have already had some nice runs.

Rumoured news has been confirmed by Mod on Ihub, this could be merger news !!!!

Expected next week apparenlty,

will be adding some more in the morning.

"The company is currently looking into a merger/acquisition with an established fast food chain."
