Nexia's flagship location at 1298 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, Utah reported revenues of $180,655 for the month of August 2009 compared to $155,939 and $170,606 for the comparable periods in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Our revenues showed an increase of 16% in 2009 over 2008. Mr. Surber noted, "August sales in 2009 are the highest in the history of the salon. This achievement in light of the recession is commendable. So far, our gross revenues for our flagship location in September of this year are showing gains over September 2008."
Mr. Surber further noted, "We have hired on several new staff members at our Bountiful location and have completed a direct piece marketing mailer to recapture customers that we have not seen for a few months. I expect to see positive results in the month of October from the marketing and staffing efforts."

6.5 million and holding strong. I talked to mr. surber and he assured me no reverse split. Has potential endorsment person for upcoming commercial. Is also in process of filing quarter report as well as end of year financials. Hopefully when the q & end of year are filed, some movement. HOLD BE PATIENT IT'S COMING ALL TOGETHER. Nexia Signs Three Letters of Intent to Acquire Residential Propertiesin Ogden, Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, Nov 10, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD) reported that it has signed three letters of intent to acquire three residential properties located in the Ogden, Utah area. The purchase prices for the properties are as follows: $95,000, $125,000, and $170,000; the first two are single family residences and the last property is a triplex. Total compensation in the form of 92,800 restricted shares of Series C Preferred Stock of Nexia would be issued to the sellers upon the closing of the final purchase of the properties according to the terms of the letters of intent.
These agreements are part of Nexia Holdings' real estate acquisition program and show the promise of the program even during the current downturn in the overall real estate market. Sounds to me like the sellers get $9.28(92,800*.0001) worth of stock for these 3 properties valued at $390,000.

Beerlady, don't know how to send you a private message. This is brokes. Wanted u to get into HESG when at .0001 but didn't want to post because I thought it was a P&D. I did get in though and held through all the flippers until it finally MOOVED. Just a list of what I am looking at right now. Hello and how is every one doing. HELP ME PLEASE. yesterday my scottrade account showed I had 7 million shares @.0001 and $700.00 today it still shows 7 million shares but $000.00 I called scottrade and they don't know nothing and can not find anything. Can anyone help me and tell me what happened, or where I can go to find out? THANKS RJ

HEY EVERYONE. If you remember 2 months ago when nxhd spiked up just for a minute or two and sells were made, I followed thru with a sec complaint. They in turn went to my broker scottrade who in turn said good bye to me for filing the complaint. What a bunch of garbage scottrade did to me. can any body recommend a on=line broker that is good and allows new accounts to open with only $500.00? Please let me know thanks sgt k

No news at all today. But there ios a name change or I would say symbol change from NXHD to NXHDD. It closed at 0.0001 yesterday and today, it shot up to 0.02 with the below statistics. this stock went through a reverse split in that for every one share that you own, it is now 0.0005 shares. The price of the stock and value has gone up now. It's a bad deal for pennystock investors.As of this morning at 11:08 A.M CST. the follwing stats were recorded.

hey hot pepper...thnaks for the reply. I am so new to this, especially when it comes to these darn splits. So my 2,250000 shares I have been stuck with for a year are now worth what??????? According to my etrade account...absolutely nothing!! no wonder why i drink (lol)

beerlady, - here is the run down. The revearse split or backward split is we call it means that you now will have 45 shares and at the current price if 0.02, the 45 shares is now worth ($0.90)ninety cents. Remember just yesterday your 2,250,000 shares @ 0.0001 was worth(less)$225. That's what a revearse split does to penny stock investor and that's why we call it a nightmare. In any case, you will be given 45 shares after every adjustment is done and it's all completed.
