Most of the volume the past 2 days have been mostly sells and flippers. I have no idea why there is so much selling going on.

MATECH Performs EFS Testing on Harrisburg Bridge for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
Last update: 1/26/2010 7:30:00 AM
LOS ANGELES, Jan 26, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- MATECH Corp. (MTCH) (MATECH) is pleased to announce it has completed the Electrochemical Fatigue Sensor (EFS) inspection fieldwork for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) on the John Harris Memorial Bridge which carries Interstate 83 over the Susquehanna River in south central Pennsylvania. PennDOT is the agency responsible for the fifth largest state highway system in the country, including nearly 40,000 miles of state highways and more than 25,000 state-owned bridges. The John Harris Memorial Bridge is the busiest bridge in south central Pennsylvania, with an average daily traffic of more than 123,000 vehicles.
MATECH performed the work as a sub-consultant to HNTB Corporation. HNTB is an employee-owned infrastructure firm serving federal, state, municipal, military, and private clients.
Robert M. Bernstein, MATECH's Co-CEO stated: "A strong supporter of utilizing the most advanced technologies in order to ensure the public safety, PennDOT has been a consistent client of MATECH's. We are pleased to be working with HNTB on this project for PennDOT."
MATECH has a proven track record of saving bridge owners money through improving bridge management and public safety with its cutting edge technology, the EFS System. Through eliminating subjectivity of inspections for cracking in bridge members (the FHWA has stated that 90% of these cracks are missed with visual inspection), MATECH is helping to eliminate wasted funds by prioritizing repairs and providing immediate verification of their effectiveness.
