SALN -Technology Hits the Runway at Salon City

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - As part of its business plan to extend content to multiple platforms, Salon City is partnering with digital media technology expert, Reality Digital, to bring its social media strategy to life. Having partnered with leading global brands and agencies on dozens of social campaigns, interactive contests and online communities, Reality Digital will take point on development and implementation of Salon City's first ever UGC (user generated content) contest for the modern beautymaker and beauty enthusiasts.

"Media companies such as Salon City are realizing that an integrated social media strategy can bring greater exposure to the brand and more deeply engage its consumers," said Cynthia Francis, CEO, Reality Digital. "Implementing a new social media campaign can be intimidating but the financial, legal and technology risks can be mitigated by partnering with an experienced SaaS technology provider. We're excited to help Salon City expand their content distribution and create new avenues of engagement with its audiences."

The Reality Digital Opus(TM) white-label social media platform provides Salon City with the latest digital media and community capabilities while featuring solid and stable technology to handle changing traffic demands, the flexibility to fully express the brand's design aesthetics, and moderation elements to ensure brand protection.

Steven Casciola, Salon City's President and CEO, commented, "Our relationship with Reality Digital will move us forward in expanding our presence and gets us closer to our strategy of becoming the leading media company and provider of content to the beauty industry. We are delighted to be able to work with what we believe is a leader in the field of social media strategy."

SALN -Is Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell Too Nice? Find Out in the New Issue of BE Magazine

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - 09/09/09) - Ewire -- Salon City, Inc. announces TV actress, Nancy O'Dell, host of NBC Universal's popular TV show "Access Hollywood" is currently featured in the premiere issue of Beauty Entertainment magazine, where she admits in an interview that she is dedicated to helping others and encouraging people not to hate.

The on-air team at "Access Hollywood" is led by Nancy O'Dell and Billy Bush, who, as co-anchors, offer an engaging and fresh take on the world of entertainment news. As co-anchor (she also contributes to "Dateline NBC" and NBC's "Today"), Nancy O'Dell is one of the world's most highly visible tele-journalists.

In the feature, readers discover that Nancy O'Dell is also a giver. She apparently can't help herself. She has even shared her mom's prune-laden spice cake recipe (good for easing tummy-trouble) in her book for expectant mothers, "Full Of Life: Mom-to-Mom Tips I Wish Someone Had Told Me When I Was Pregnant."

But good-to-the-last-drop goodness doesn't end with yummy-mummy bonding. Recently named the first PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award at the 2009 North American Hairstylists Award (NAHA), O'Dell also donates her time -- as in, serving on Boards, serving as an ambassador and advocate, and actually working -- to several national charities including the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDS), March of Dimes, Child Help, Best Buddies and the American Red Cross. The causes range from creating resources for people with mental disabilities to ending violence against children. Of her recent Professional Beauty Association (PBA) Award, she says, "I am humbled by this honor which will help me continue to raise awareness for the many causes of which I blessed to be a part."

The story makes good-natured fun of O'Dell and casts her in a light that would make some women jealous because of her positive attitude and total beauty. BE!'s senior editor, Victoria Thomas took a liking to O'Dell's media-magnetic persona, "Nancy has this perfect white smile, but definitely backs it up with her good works and service to others."

Good luck all!

Hi dag...it's been awhile. I've been around watching things quietly, but not got in on anything real big lately. I agree about the scam. My inbox is filled to the brim with stock pics, saying they are the next big one, ha ha...I'll say anything (pump) to for the amount of money they are getting paid to pump it.!! I'm staying clear of that one.
Steve, don't worry, be patient, it will be ok, but I so agree with you about holding pinkies. I've decided its best to be like a man...in and out real quick. [Wink] Ha-ha, just kidding...I try to always have some cleared funds so that when something comes up (big, that's going to go to the moon), I can buy in...but more importantly SELL when I need to. Hope everything is good in your and dag's land!!

hey dizz, it's all good...I've got into a couple that I have suspected were bogus company's and made some quick money, but I was just expressing my opinion that: FOR ME, RIGHT NOW, IS NOT THE TIME FOR ME TO PLAY GVBP. Just in case, the pps were to go to **** after i got in, I couldn't afford it right now. I'm trying to liquidate, for a future project with my bar. No offense was meant to you or your pick. You picked a good one to make some money on. I wish I had got in at the beginning, and I too would have flipped it(FAST). I hope you made some good money on that one. What else are you watching?

Steve...you aint kidding...you got anyone in mind? [Big Grin]

Hey jdizz nad beerlady, that crazy gvbp just makes ya want to puke! I got in and out real quick like a piss ant on a rainy day(lol, I am from Arkansas).PPl aren't caring it is a scam. What about clinical trials and the FDA? Oh well, have some funds available for the next winner. You have a good one coming...all systems go here. I made out like a bandit on opexa, think I bought my shares at .30 months ago. If I hadn't been working I would have sold too soon, as usual.

hey guys, i've go a lil' insider info from another stock player on trust cash. He's the same one that got me into spng when nobody knew about it, and I made sum good moolah!) If you look at it today, you will probably wonder what the heck i am smokin (lol) but if you really look back at their potential, and where they (PPS)should be soon...you will see what I am talking about. There are some exciting things happening with this company, and could soon be another Paypal. It is very low today and has an incredible amount of room to run. I have mentioned that I am trying to liquidate right now for a project at my bar, along with that, I am also trying to get rid of all my (as steve.aka: love the market would call them:) STINKIE PINKIES, that aren't doing anything other than taking up space in my portfolio...and I am going to put ALOT of my eggs in this one basket...tshh. JMO. I've been doing my homework, as time allows, but please do your own dd. So, that's what I'm looking at...what's on everyone elses' radar? Dag, yes I always need more bartenders!! You ever come next door to the boring state of Kansas, please come see me. We will party all night long, especially if I've had a goood day in the stock market.

Kristen - I think you meant TCHH. That's TrustCash. Why do you think it's going to fly soon? It's .0013 now - near it's 52 wk. low of .0011

Had a run a month ago - I remember HotPepper or someone was talking about it - there was an active thread last month......

I must agree - it can't go much lower! I need a goodie - I'm down 4,500 here in the past 10 days. I should have kept what I had 2 weeks ago and not looked for 2 weeks and I'd be up $12G's instead of down.

let's join the tchh thread on this stock with ticker and hot pepper. Love; you're right, I fat fingered it...sorry. I don't think it's going to go huge overnight, I think it's one of those that you hold for while, and then one day you wake up, and bam...some good new, but that's jmo. They are doing some good things to make themselves better, and safer, than paypal. Cool concept, for alot of farmers around here that deal in BIG dollar volume exchanges (like when a farmers sells a load of hay). Still just learning about this co. myself. WHo knows???...I think I'm going to try it. Good luck to all of us.
