In Control Security (PINKSHEETS: INCL) today announced significant changes to the company's operations, business plan and management structure including the name change to "ENVIROTEK."
Former CEO of In Control Security and Newly appointed President of ENVIROTEK Robert J. Thompson today announced the following changes:
The company name has changed to ENVIROTEK as the company's business model is now based entirely on eco-friendly products and "Green" alternative energy, fuel and power technologies. Along with our new name and "Green" technology partners, the company is constructing a new website which is expected to launch very soon. www.envirotekusa.org

The company is in the final stages of opening an additional corporate office in Seoul, South Korea where one of the new Board members is currently located. The contact information will be made available very soon.
The company has a new Board of Directors, whose resumes will be published on the company's website, but the BOD can currently be reviewed on the Nevada Secretary of State Website for ENVIROTEK.
The company has requested a new Cusip number and name change and will announce the new ticker symbol as soon as FINRA allocates the symbol to the company.
Audited financials are being prepared through August 31st, 2009 to enable the company to fully update the Pink Sheets profile and file a new 15c-211.
The company has consummated several contracts and agreements with technology partners during the hiatus, and those agreements and contracts will be announced shortly.

not a stock pro myself, but I have been sitting on this for a long time and I have watched there trends. They are becoming a green company that has the ability to retro fit diesel engines on both Big rigs and boats. That by itself is going to be huge with all the pushing to lower green house gases. don't quote me. but i believe they have a patent on said technology.
as for buying and holding. they don't show signs of stopping. and they don't have any proper history of resistance for me to even make a guess. usually you can check the history of the chart and see where the to place some lines and possibly foretell the future. but there history is all over the place. they never had a solid foundation. just like most penny stocks.

looks like resitance and .0009 that could be ceiling for the day or could break through and start a new ceiling. like I said before. they don't have a proper history. just have to watch were it hits its head and bottoms out and make sure when it hits bottom a few times that you get out if it goes below that floor to get out and when it breaks through the ceiling hop on for the ride.

looks like the morning run is ending. ceiling is .0009 watch for the floor. get in on floor and watch for it to break out again. if not today then sometime this week. lots of volume and this company is on the upswing. more news to come soon.

.0006 is the floor. there's your range. .0006 to .0009 get in as close to .0006 as possible and wait for it to break one way or the other.

My intuition says this drops to around 0004 and then makes its move back upwards very quickly (like 2 days). So keep an eye on it. This will be a 5 bagger at least. imo
