Mantra Venture Group Ltd. [[MVTG.OB]], a sustainable energy, carbon reduction, and consumer products company, announced that it has been invited by the BC Ministry of Economic Development to participate in The Environment Energy Tech Trade Show to be held in Busan, Korea from September 16-19, 2009. Mantra will feature its CO2 recycling technology.
Penn Treaty American Corporation [[PTYA.PK]], a provider of long-term care insurance in the U.S., is seeing increased interest in its stock after announcing a $0.15 per share dividend for shareholders on record as of August 24, 2009 to be paid on or about August 31, 2009. This is a substantial dividend given the company’s current share price of $0.38 per share.
