LandStar Corp. (LDSR) www.landstarcorp.com operating subsidiary, Hubei Chuguan Industry Co. Ltd., has signed an Agent Cooperation Agreement with Guangzhou North Condensation Energy Technology Co., Ltd. In accordance with the agreement, Guangzhou North Condensation Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in Guangzhou, will sell 200 sets of oil and gas vapour recovery processing equipment manufactured by Hubei Chuguan Industrial Co., Ltd in oil and gas recovery comprehensive management project, together with related accessories. The total value of the transaction is valued at about 50 million RMB Chinese Yuan, or about $8.3 million USD over the term of the agreement.
Mr. Eric Yang the company spokesperson and interpreter in discussions with Mr. Lee Congtang, (Mr. Lee) the chairman of Hubei Chuguan Industrial Co., Ltd and CEO of LDSR noted;
"I wish to use this opportunity to bring our shareholders up to speed and update our shareholders on recent activities and plans of the company. Shortly, we will be filing our 2nd Q financial reports, which are currently being translated from Chinese to North American standards.
We feel that we must follow this up with additional measures to reinforce investor trust and assurance regarding the Company's performance. Basically we have two options available to us. We can either merge with an existing OTCBB company or begin the process of becoming a reporting issuer within LDSR. Both options require an audit and this is currently our number #1 priority. On that note our North American representatives have completed the reconciliation of the past 2 years statements and have begun their task of locating, and securing a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) registered auditor to assist in the task of completing our audits.
Our immediate focus, and short term goals are to provide a better understanding of our current business activities to our current, and prospective shareholders, and reinforce the value of the Company's stock. Currently with 4 billion shares outstanding http://sos.state.nv.us/ LDSR value is only reflected as 12 million dollars. LDSR, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Chuguan, has unique green and energy efficiency and conservation technology in the world and is generating significant interest from major oil and refining companies , major energy consumers, and energy distribution and storage companies within China and around the world. The Company has obtained strong support from the Chinese government which has embarked on a national campaign of Green and energy conservation initiatives similar to the U.S. and many other major governments worldwide.
Some of the contracts we have recently closed, such as today's announcement, and a number of additional contracts currently under negotiation are significant in size. It is our intent to begin filing many of these contracts on the Pink Sheets (in both the original Chinese accompanied by English version translations) to provide as much transparency to our shareholders as possible (while being mindful not to disclose proprietary information that may jeopardize our competitive position within the industry.
We are aware that our Company is based in China, halfway around the world, and this can leave the Company exposed to speculation regarding its operations and prospects for continued success. In fact, we have been made aware that there are a number of skeptics that have been making public criticisms against the Company. While we cannot control this type of behavior, we intend to provide our shareholders with as much objective information about our recent successes as possible. We feel that our shareholders will be able to judge for themselves the underlying value of the Company, and make an informed decision regarding the value of the Company's stock.
At the present time, we feel that the stock is trading well below its true value. Our goal is to actively provide updates on business developments and major business accomplishments to help investors evaluate the true prospects of the Company moving forward. From our perspective, we believe that our shares are more properly valued at 1.75 cent per share, rather than the current trading range. When you consider our revenues, our proprietary technologies and our 'green energy' focus and consider the prospects for growth given the deals currently in the pipeline, the Company has excellent prospects to make it to the next level as a maturing industry player."
Mr. Lee concluded; "With the foregoing in mind, our investors should also be aware that there will be times, particularly during sensitive contract negotiations, when discretion is required. We must protect our competitive position at these times, and there may be periods where it appears that the Company has gone quiet. Rest assured that we will make public all the information that we can at the appropriate time, and that while we must use discretion in our public disclosures, we anticipate being very busy developing new business opportunities for the foreseeable future."

We're probably going to have to deal with a lot of flippers on the way up, but their market cap is like $300k, and this sale is for $8.3 million?!?

ASK is up to .0008. Always do your own research, especially since my opinions could be bias (i'm a shareholder). But this seems like a steal at these prices. I think it just went unnoticed for so long and was left for flippers to play with. I'm really excited about this one!! Nothing better than company insiders telling you the stock value is like 5000X what the price is.

I don't know, i'm not considering selling anywhere near this price (i'm not just saying that to pump this or anything). I haven't set an out price because I really don't know how high this can go. We need to drop a zero to really keep moving. If the CEO says it's value is $1.75, I cannot see why it can't get to .01/share MINIMUM. So I don't know, but definitely not here unless it stays stagnant for days or something. If we break .001, I'm pretty confident we get to a penny very soon, but just my opinion.
Took a dip because it was heavily overbought when it hit .0009, I picked some more up at .0007. The stochastics have corrected themselves, and we've had a lot of transactions in the 8s.

lol...chart doesn't lie, just bumped up to .0009. We have to drop a zero, and I think it'll hold above triple zeros if we get there.

Guys, I just did a transfer of funds, should be about 20 more mins b4 it shows up in my account. anyways, do you think this will take a dip again, and I can get in, or this late in the day, should I staY OUT AND WAIT AND C WHAT happens in the morn?

Well the thing is that when it's "supposed" to drop according to the chart, it retracts like one tick down, then moves up again. I still think we won't see triple zeros again, especially since the ask just moved up to .0011. I don't think there's a better new entry than .001, but you really can't trust my opinion fully.

Will your broker let you buy stocks this cheap with newly transfered funds?
See, for example, chart was overbought, took one tick down to .001, now no longer overbought. I really cant see sellers driving this back below .001.

Oh my gosh, Jdizz don't base your selling point based on what i say
I'm just saying how the market usually reacts to this. If you are stressing like crazy, maybe you should set an out point that you'll stick to no matter what, then don't even check the stock price after that.
