From Wall Street Newscast:

Sympowerco Corp Aims for Electric Motor Car Market
Staff Reporter
Last Updated:- Aug 17, 2009 - 11:45am EST

Over the past several weeks Sympowerco (OTC:SYMW) has been hitting the radars with their plans to develop methanol fuel cells for such applications as small vehicles, motorbikes, retrofit, stationary power supplies, and recreational markets.

Tom Bustamante, the Managing Partner of Ludlow Capital Research commented, "With the recent announcement of Chevy's electric Volt the demand for alternative electric vehicles has been gaining strong interest. On the small cap side, Sympowerco's subsidiaries, HOSS Motor Sports and Highline Hydrogen Hybrids Systems, should offer operating holding corps for joint ventures and development of electric motor car solutions."

"The stock is considered highly speculative, but seems to be attracting increasing attention from the market. Technically the stock has been generating increasing strong retail volume, and looks to be making an attempt to move above their longer-term trend line moving average. Again, it may be a very small speculative micro-cap play, but on mere momentum we wouldn't be surprised to see this company push up above the $0.01 mark in the very near-term."

Sympowerco Corporation, an energy technology company, engages in the design and development of clean and practical power and energy solutions. It offers flowing electrolyte direct methanol fuel cell for applications in small vehicles, motorbikes, retrofit, stationary power supplies, and recreational markets. www.sympowercocorp.com

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - 02/22/10) - SymPowerco Corporation (Pinksheets:SYMW - News) CEO John Davenport states that the company's recently announced fuel cell prototype project has prompted inquiries about the availability of the company's Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC"). As a result, the company will answer the inquiries with an expanded call for specifications that SymPowerco must meet in order for OEMs to adequately test SymPowerco's alpha-stage FEDMFCs as they become available.

Stated SymPowerco CEO, John Davenport, "We are very pleased with the responses to the announcement that we are developing a new FEDMFC prototype. It was immediately clear that interest in our future products could encompass a wider variety of OEM and consumer requirements than we had originally considered. As a result, we are moving the timeline forward on the design of power output configurations, power interface standards and other operating designs and parameters that are needed for our intended markets. This aspect of SymPowerco's plans will run concurrently with the FEDMFC prototype project."

GARDNERVILLE, NV--(Marketwire - 03/05/10) - SymPowerco Corporation (Pinksheets:SYMW - News) CEO John Davenport today announced the primary objectives of the recently announced fuel cell prototype project that is intended to address several aspects of performance, durability, scalability, manufacturing methods and economics of the company's unique Flowing Electrolyte Direct Methanol Fuel Cell ("FEDMFC").

The primary objective of the program will be to dramatically improve reaction kinetics at the FEDMFC's anode. The methanol reaction mechanisms in all Direct Methanol Fuel Cells are more complex than those of hydrogen resulting in excessive voltage drops (activation polarization) that occur during the activation phase of the reaction. SymPowerco expects to advance its bipolar plate designs and operating parameters with a view to increasing both the rate and quality of methanol reactions without an increase in catalyst quantities. Particular attention will be given to improving reaction gas removal from the reaction zone in order to optimize both fuel flow and catalyst availability.

Reducing Activation Polarization will require the development of an advanced "Balance of Plant" ("BoP"). As a result, various FEDMFC support equipment configurations and operating parameters will be tested. The objectives relative to the BoP design and testing will be two-fold. The first objective is the improvement of reaction kinetics, as stated. The second objective of this aspect of the project will be to test the scalability of single stack and multiple stack configurations operating with a single BoP design. The company is of the opinion that increasing fuel cell output with multiple stack configurations need not cause a proportionate increase in BoP power demands, thus indicating increased energy efficiencies in multi-stack configurations.

SymPowerco Corporation develops advanced fuel cell and power delivery systems for the rapidly growing personal transportation and portable power system markets that are being created by today's energy and environmental challenges.
