Sheesh Centurian, you should probably ask where he got the info from before accusing him of fraud. He's right, its directly from the Pink Sheets site.

Well I jumped in just in case. Couldn't get in at .0003, so i got in at .0004. ALREADY LOST 25%!!! Oh well, volume was a little too crazy today, I guess. If they can put out some more PR, along with profit numbers (can't find any), this can move a lot.
Lilmel_000, have you considered calling in to investor relations?

Centurian, you need to remember that the stock market is a risk, you only invest with the information that you are presented with. But you should never invest you mortgage, rent, gas or eating money. It is all about ROI, and when you get a press release like this one http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Zcom-Networks-Subsidiary-iw-3468888496.html?x=0&.v =1 the risk is well worth the reward. Learn the rules of the game, your in the pinksheets, which is a risk of its own. I am holding my shares, but you need to make your own decisions. Remember that I don't have to pump a stock, I make more than enough working as a accountant, it is just the most boring job in the world, hence I enjoy trading penny stocks daliy to get me through the day. If you lose some money itis part of the game, but I can tell you this, ZCNW has a lot of potential and I plan on making some money on it in the future...In the mean time you need to take the stick out of you a## and step your game up and quit being jacka##.

Hey, I do trade pinks and OTC stocks. A lot. In fact I quit being an aerospace engineer after I paid off my house and my cars and put 450K in the bank for a rainy day.

I am not bashing anyone, but there are really smart traders and investors who will ask you the same thing I did. Did not call you any names so please refrain from calling me names. You are an accountant, please be professional here.

If you are going to trade pinks (I nailed a three bagger on PFMS and on EXPH) then make sure you can get in touch with the TA or IMO U R playing with fire.

He's right--play this lil pump/promo all you want, but be prepared to respond to some stiff replies without resorting to namecalling, personal attacks, etc.

I purchased a ton of shares and sold when it made it's run earlier in the week. When I started this thread I thought that the company was a SEC reporting organization, but I was wrong. The thing with a stock that is no SEC compliant is that you have to ride the wave, choose a point of entry and exit than take your porfits and forget about trying to ride the stock for the long term. I reviewed Statement of Cash Flows, Balance Sheet and some other information and they are not strong financially IMO. But if you can get some shares at .0001 you can flip them for a quick profit...GL

In addition, Zcom has executed a distribution agreement with Empire Wholesale Jewelry, Inc., one of the largest jewelry manufactures and auctioneers on the West coat, for the primary purpose of marketing and selling jewelry items in the Home Shopping Network TV program. "We are expanding our programming to include Home Shopping Network in addition to "Talk Money TV." Capitalizing on the power of Satellite Broadcasting and IPTV, this acquisition will enable Zcom move to the next level incorporating some of the key shopping networks, marketing, distribution, and advertising know-how that Zcom has developed," said Dr. Alex Parsinia, CEO of Zcom.
