Beneficial Holdings, Inc. Agrees to Purchase Gaming Enterprise
LAS VEGAS, NV, Jul 15, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BFHJ) today announced that it has mutually agreed to acquire, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Grupo Beneficial (Nicaragua), its first gaming establishment. The gaming establishment contains traditional games such as poker in addition to slot machines, including the newest digital gambling devices manufactured by International Game Technology.
The facility's location is very popular with the locals and tourists alike, offering a popular bar and snack venue where customers watch the latest music videos on the company's large screen televisions. The facility maintains supplier contracts with Coca-Cola, Pepsi, the Compania Cervecera de Nicaragua, S.A. (Nicaragua's largest beer company), and Dina Snacks, thus eliminating third party distributors.
The facility maintains a full restaurant and beverage license. Upon taking control, Grupo Beneficial intends to expand upon the license by installing a full restaurant featuring both American and local Nicaraguan cuisine.

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 01/15/10) - Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets:BFHJ - News), a casino investment and management holding company, today filed the necessary paperwork with the Nevada Secretary of State to finalize its share dividend. The Company expects to receive approval within two business days.
For every single one share owned by a shareholder on the ex-date (to be announced), the shareholder will receive six additional common shares.
BFHJ will announce the ex-date for the dividend as soon as practicable. This may be as soon as a day after the announcement depending on the Company receiving approval notifications.
BFHJ believes that issuing a non-taxable dividend to its shareholders will decrease volatility and manipulation in its stock.
