BCLE comes from one of my sources that alerted me to SFIO last month which went up as much as 800% in the following weeks!!!
Just this fact is one good reason to put BCLE on your watch list.
BCLE bounces off the support level of around $.10 each time it touches, and with BCLE around that level again I believe we could see another huge spike.
