I have been following this stock in my portfolio. I don't know why it has not been getting more attention, but it's beening moving a lot and setting up to be pretty profitable. I have been in since .0004 less than 30 days ago, this morning it was up to .0007, had a little dip but it primed to run. Do your on DD but just watch this stock. I have had a lot of luck with R/M'ers and this is another money maker.

Folks this stock is a great buy, for some reason it had zero volume yesterday. Today I brought 100,000 shares at .0006, by the end of the day the total volume was 207,362 and it had a 66% increase going from .0006 to .001. I see pennyland in the next 30 days. Mergers are great and profitable. Do your DD, make your own decisions, but IMO this stock this stock will continue to grow. I am buying 100,000 share every 2 weeks, and riding TDGI stock roller coster until we hit the dollar mark. Hoping to see this mark this year but probable won't, but when it does I plan to have at least 5 million shares and a lot of free time on my hands. I may be dreaming, but if I am please don't wake me [Smile]

TDGI will produce much of its own original programming, mainly from live sponsored events, which solves licensee and clearance issues.
TDGI provides interactive, targeted advertising (to each room in the house) which is tracked, recorded and reported for measurable demographic results for the advertiser. Advertising can be inserted by advertising agencies or by clients directly through TDGI’s proprietary platform.

TDGI Stock Alert!!!

I just spoke with a very reliable friend of mine out in LV.

This whole company is a scam and they have 10B shares to dump.

Be careful. If you are heavy in profit, at least take your initial investment out. I have been burned before on stock scams and felt I should let you know what I found out.

They will continue to delay the financials. Watch.

It is funny how every body has a friend with insider information.
By the way I have a friend in Los Angeles who is a very realible source who told me that Micheal Jackson is not dead, he really took a plane to Mars where he is preparing for a 9 Planet tour...

where have you been with your "insider info" last week? LMFAO
please stop bring old VOIP crap here. Share structure (outstanding and float) hasn't been changed for single share for more than a year - T/A is open; filing clearly stays that financing will be from private investors.
By the way - I like to be protected by peeps that post "insiders" info after they sold. lol

food for thoughts:

New TDGI DD part 1 from my interview with Ian Stewart.

Let's start with Lionsgate: Lionsgate has been attending presentations with Worldcast and is on board with Worldcast and the technology and wants in.

Joost is the competition, Joost sold Viacom a bill of goods, raised $50 million from Wall Street and their technology doesn't work the way they sold it and it won't scale to the size they said it would.

Summer Redstone is in for a rude awakening when he tries to ramp just up to 1 million simultaneous users and Joosts technology falls flat on it's face.

Lionsgate, Worldcast, Bailey etc. went to Summer Redstone and told him this and he said get the f#$% away from me.

Recap: Lionsgate good guys on our team, Joost and Summer Redstone the bad guys on the other team.

New TDGI DD Part 2 from my interview with Ian Stewart.

I asked him "Ian there's this small public company TDGI who describes a technology they have in their filings and it sounds exactly like Worldcast.tv's technology, is it your stuff"

Ian, yes....

New TDGI DD part 3 from my interview with Ian Stewart.

Worldcast.tv's technology is based on an open protocol they recently published called SMART and there's a second portion called SIMPLE. They published these multicast protocols so others could adopt them and build them into their products. They would pay for the rights to use the Smart and Simple protocols.

SMART and SIMPLE are acronyms, each letter stands for some technical term, I missed what they were.

New TDGI DD part 4 from my interview with Ian Stewart.

My question to Ian "Why aren't the cable companies jumping all over you and this technology?"

Ian: back in the late 90's several of the cable companies were among the original investors in World Multicast, when the internet bubble burst they all panicked, ran and sold back their stake to Ian for pennies on the dollar and bailed. They were all dumping their stakes in anything internet related and were just trying to recoup anything they could.

New TDGI DD part 5: What makes Worldcast.tv so special.....

The two past problems with the multicast technology was security and reliability.

Reliability in that when the packets/signals were sent out over the web there was no way to know if the entire package arrived to the user....did the users computer receive all the pieces needed to re-produce a video or music broadcast on the viewer/users computer.

Solution: Ian designed and perfected a viewer the user installs, called Live Viewer. They are now up to Live Viewer Version3, each one improved on the earlier version.

Ians Live Viewer has a way to know whether all the packets, pieces arrived at its destination, the users computer. When the Live Viewer see's some of the packets pieces didnt arrive, it can resend only the pieces that didn't get there.

Currently the way others solve this is by sending all the packets 4 times, the same packets sent 4 seperate times hoping on of the 4 will get to the user/viewer. There isn't enough bandwith in the world to support 1 million simultaneious viewers when you send everything 4 times. Ian has solved this with his technology. Now 1 million plus simultaneous viewers is possibly using SMART and SIMPLE protocols and Ians Live Viewer.

The Live Viewer also has security built in so if CBS broadcasts the Superbowl, hackers can't just steal the signal and resell it cutting out CBS from any advertising profits.

Ians software also works with Microsofts Silverlight viewer, not sure what this Silverlight is someone may want to google this info and post it. The user installs a plug-in from Worldcast and it works with Silverlight.

New TDGI DD part 6: Mark Cuban and his old company Broadcast.com which was sold to Yahoo for billions. Back during that time when Cuban sold his company, a valuation expert valued his broadcast.com at $3-$5 billion dollars. The same valuation company did a valuation on World Multicast which valued them in the billions. The Valuation companies rationalization was World Multicast had something that really worked and if Broadcast.com was worth billions with a technology that didn't even scale properly, World Multicast had to be worth more with something that really worked and could scale.

As many may remember, Yahoo ended up pulling the plug on broadcast.com after paying billions because they realized it didn't do what they thought it could....

Sure do. Bought NTNI at .0045 and sold at 3 cents for a huge profit. LFBG at .025 and sold at 9 cents. COPI at .0090 and sold at .038. TDGI is a scam IMO and is shared by others as well. IH P&D.

If I were up 8900% I would have to take the profits. But that is just me.

I am not necessarily against TDGI, just posting what I learned last week. I personally will not buy this stock as there are plenty of others with SEC reporting that I would rather invest in.

If you are invested in TDGI, I wish you the best.

The two things that turn me away are 10B in A/S and stinkie pinkie. Not to mention that this smells like a scam to several of us. Looks like a close near the LOD. What do you think of COPI at this level and PDMI?

From the IH Board:

"its all good? it looks to me like it hit its peak today then dropped almost 50%. when this happens its usually a sign that the run is over and that it will be a long time before it recovers at all.
finally get some volume here and most dump the stock. there is no way this is good from any angle.
once again a pink stock acts like it always does."

Not me saying that. But I do agree.

I don't think this was P&D - this was huge hype based on pinksheets filing. As I wrote before - Tim Smith resigned (for whatever reason, by the way - I have big respect for him), if no-one comes on board than TDGI will be back to dormant stage again. eom
