Monday, April 20 2009 9:01 AM, EST Artfest International, Inc. Issues Shareholder Update Market Wire "US Press Releases " DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/20/09 -- Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTI) updates its shareholders regarding business activities and prospective plans.
Acquisition of Charity Sports Distributor, Inc.
After committing with a letter of intent to acquire CSD ( Charity Sports Distributor, Inc. ) in February 2009 , management's objectives involve securing the best financing options available, in benefiting the company and its shareholders. Intended to immediately expand and directly enhance Artfest's current product offerings, management believes that CSD's thirteen years of experience in the professional and college sports market will assist Artfest in significant revenue growth. CSD holds exclusive agreements with hundreds of private charities and over forty professional and college teams, which can be viewed at www.csdsportsframing.com,www.csdmemorabilia.com and www.homegameauction.com.
Acquisition of a recording studio and its facilities.
Negotiations involving financial arrangements to acquire a 35,000-square-foot facility, located in Dallas, TX , are being aggressively approached. The studio and its facilities were constructed to handle the specific requirements of top recording artists, as well as major film, television and commercial needs of Fortune 500 corporations and their entertainment divisions. Upon completion, Artfest will be capable of executing multiple pending contracts with major names in the music and entertainment industries.
Business strategy involving roll-up.
Management has targeted a potential acquisition candidate with the intent of increasing value in Artfest's television and media division. Under terms of the non-disclosure agreement, signed upon preliminary discussions between the company and the party's top executives, Artfest is unauthorized to release information revealing specific terms, figures, or otherwise names relevant to this negotiation. Artfest management believes that this private party will bring the company impressive value through their operations and multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
Share Structure.
Current share structure count, including issued and outstanding stock, is offered to all shareholders and interested parties via Island Stock Transfer. The company would like to clarify that recent increase in shares issued and outstanding is due to the conversion of promissory notes dated July 2008 , issued to former insiders. Details are available in the annual (10-K) filing.
In addition, management and the Board of Directors have been reviewing a potential stock re-purchase program. In lieu of finalizing several key acquisitions, management believes that the company's stock is highly undervalued and misrepresents Artfest's worth. The company believes this incentive will help increase market valuation as well as attract new and long term investors. The Board of Directors is currently reviewing arrangements to this stock re-purchase program, including a joint cooperation with accredited parties.

Proffitable Financials due out soon. Acquisition PR expected very soon. Artfest Expo center opens May 2nd, followed by a few shows.
This was primed to go over .04 today. But for some mysterious reason, the price dropped under .03 for a bit, and closed at .035. Afterhours quote at .03.
Now I wouldnt bet my life on it. But my guess that WORST CASE SCENARIO. Things repeat last week. Volitile with slight declines every day. Closes strong friday. THEN..... The frame acqusition announced just in time for the grand opening of the expo center (5/2). financials looking very strong with the acqusitions' millions in profit, added to artfests.
Not to mention the speculated profit. Using the marketing techniques, and platform, developed by the framing company artfest bought. The framing company doubled their profit within a year. I believe. That was one of Artfests biggest motivators to buy. They plan to ipliment the same techniques, and online platform, to double artfests profit too.
Of course thats only for the people who stick around for a while. All the other big news. The timer is set for May 2nd. Or sooner..... If they are selling for .03 in the morn, watch. This one is going to move.
But dont take my word for nothing. Do your own homework. I'm a rookie.

This was moving north again today. I think this might be the climb starting. I expect .02+ when the expo center opens, and the acqusition is anounced.
As sellers start flipping... The excelent financials will come out. Combined with the framing companies 3+ million in revenue. And the speculation that the expo center, and online sales techniques should raise profits higher.
After the financials. I expect arti to make a new home at .02. And heading north from there...
Alot of buzz about this one in dallas. I read on another message board. Arti is getting ready to move big very soon IMO.
I think we clear .005 by weeks end or sooner. And next week we do the happy dance...

ARTI ~ Briefly glancing at the daily chart, besides several indicators now clearly beginning to trend north, some significant resistance was broken. For the first time since March, pSAR is now offering support rather than resistance. Similarly the security broke past resistance at the 200MA (0.00534). Bollinger bands are also tightening, or otherwise "pinching" in.

i can only guess where this stock is going. up up up.
Expo center opening saturday. We will see the results of that first thing monday morning.
Framing company acqusition should be here very soon. Bringing its revenue, and marketing strategies with it...
Financials due out by end of next week at latest. If I'm remembering right. conviently, right after the acqusition. huge revenue!!!
This all happens next week IMO. Next two weeks should be full of PR. And I think .02+ is a safe possibility.
I read the valuation of the company after the framing company acqusition. Will be in the .11 range. That doesnt include a few things. .02 coming soon. And .03 to follow. They are talking multiple acqusitions in the near future. I can only expect that once the framing company paperwork is signed. A new acqusition PR will be waiting...

I fully expect the acqusition PR this week. Just in time for the charts to hit the perfect storm (from what I gather from the chart guys). Followed up by very profitable financials, and projections.
Maybe all this week??? I dont know. But I know the financials are due very soon. And the acqusition PR has been anticipated for quite a while now. Speculation is that they were waiting for the expo center opening, and the momentum to start...
Guess what! Momentum started. Expo opened saturday. PR and Financials going to put this over the top!!! Soon... Hope it waits til tuesday when my money clears. That would be sweet. Got a couple other plays if this one pops before i can get in. But I have been watching closly for a while now. And I feel the time is now to catch the big wave.
