ICTY is looking like a bottom here ready for a turn as indicated by the crossbar on 8/4/08. The company has some loft goals and is in transition:

Love these bottom charts that look ready to turn just look at the last 3 candles which is a version of tri tips or 3 long wicks usually signifying a turn upward..

Well, it appears that Anthony Baker the former ceo of ICTY has been replaced! This is what the stock needs to get out of the selling downturn the last few weeks. Now it should begin the reversal without Mr. Baker at the helm. Check the website for the information posted yesterday. Look at the right side of the page for Bakers resignation.
