NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) reported today that they have increased their authorized shares to be in a position for another major acquisition next week. The company has another acquisition that would be complimentary and would be in the food/beverage/health category that it intends on signing next week.

NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NUBV) announced today that despite rumors to the contrary, NutriPure has not filed for a reverse stock split and has no immediate plans to do so. NutriPure Chairman and CEO Kenyatto Jones commented as follows: “It has come to our attention that rumors are circulating on Internet chat boards that NutriPure has filed for a reverse split of its common shares. In fact, no such filing has been made, nor is that issue under discussion or being contemplated at this time. These rumors have most likely come about as a result of the large increase in the company's trading volume over the past week or so. We will always make decisions based on what we feel is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Our next Board meeting is scheduled for mid-September and at that time our Board will decide what further action, if any, should be taken in this matter. Meanwhile, we are very pleased with the recent activity and liquidity of our stock, and are very busy with our activities regarding XND Technologies, Inc. and Moneymaker 1 LLC. As of 12:14 PM ET 8/6/08 NutriPure Beverages has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the stock of Moneymaker 1.
Under the terms of the proposed agreement, Moneymaker 1 will change its name to Inka Grill Franchise Systems and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NutriPure. The management of both companies will remain intact.
Inka Grill is a Peruvian restaurant group in southern California. Moneymaker 1 owns the franchising rights to the Inka Grill restaurant, recipes and products, and an agreement is already in place with a franchising firm to take the concept nationwide.
Ken Jones, CEO of NutriPure, said: "Our search for a great food concept to complement our premium enhanced bottled water business led us directly to Inka Grill and Moneymaker 1, which we believe offers not only the greatest-tasting and most healthful Peruvian food concept on the market today, but also the one with the best upside for rapid nationwide expansion."
