Universal Energy Corp. Begins Production at Caviar #1 and Caviar #4

The proxy statement was filed today. The vote is for an AS increase to 1.5 billion shares. Much higher than expected, but the vote is not until August 20 so definately no dilution until then. Big drilling news is expected early next week and UVSE had a quick but hard run into the close Friday.
Keep on radar.
