The IR guy called me back just now and the news is coming. There was apparently a design change to the cans so that the bionic tonic matches the lady-pink. The press is definitely coming this week from what the IR guy said.
I asked about the financiers and he confirmed what we have seen in the trading that the selling is done. As we have seen the share price rise nicely on light volume, this appears correct.
Call the 321 number at the bottom of the last PR if you want to verify. He called me back 1 minute after I left a voice mail, so he's good at returning calls.

Bionic Products' Plans for Production Progressing Well Bionic Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BNPD) announced today that the pre-production is progressing well, cans and templates have been revised and will be shipped to the bottler within ten days for the initial production run of Bionic-Tonic(TM). The new website was added to the back panel of the can. Interesting, I didn't see that PR. The A/S increases are a bit scary considering they've raised them 3x but any type of TV time is usually a good thing for a stock this low.
might have to buy, will wait to see how this pans out first.
