This was a 'sell the news' day it seems, also it looks like somebody put a market sell in which our friendly MM's took full advantage of...
Should re-bound back over .10, CUSIP change is still on the horizon, plus more good news. Good day to get in this play!

News for 'UHCR' - (Ulysses Holding Corp. Will Change Its Name and Trading Symbol and Obtain New CUSIP Number)
JACKSONVILLE, NY, Apr 11, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Ulysses Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: UHCR) today announced that it will change its name, via corporate resolution with the Secretary of State of Delaware, immediately to Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation.
This action is being taken to accomplish two agendas one) to better reflect the corporate identity and its direction two) to obtain a new CUSIP number, as the company and its attorneys have tried to obtain a CUSIP number without any name or symbol change and this is just not possible.
"Our Attorneys have tried every way possible to obtain a new CUSIP number without changing the name or symbol; it just can not be done. We believe this CUSIP change is very important for the company as it is our belief that shorting of our securities is occurring and we want it stopped," said Clayton Young President.

If the cusip and symbol change go through without a RS that will be a start.

Who knows, ... I know the share structure now doesn't look like they would do anything at this point. To make it worth while they would have to do a FS and then a RS. I still get flash backs from the previous symbols this was under. With their stores in place and future prospects it looks like they will move forward. My eys are watching what happens next week very closely. I don't expect anything foolish but hey, it is a pink.

I don't think so P. Still too much uncertainty. The old Vs. the new. Very curious to see how this turns out.

Tex, there are a few things I'm looking into. I ignored this stock for the most part since its fgfc day and the waiter passing as a CEO. I see a couple disconnects that show shareholder Vs. Company that should not have taken place if there were even a remote chance this company were on the level and trying to move ahead. Of course this is only an observation and my opinion. I know since I've been here we've seen some pretty crazy chit. But... If I have a company and I am trying to move forward wit the audacity that I might actually move forward to come close to even coming close to being able to compete why would I diverse...

I know my company, I know what my share structure is. I know what is going on as the owner, why start following the path they are on now instead of confronting them with facts. Grow the business and move forward. I still have a lot of research to do but what caught my eye was how easily they jumped on the bandwagon.
