APYM ran hard from .25 to 2.50 area in 2004, just after there was insider buying. Once again, insiders have loaded up and I expect it could be run to the .20.
It has a 70M OS with about 22M in the float.

starting to get some volume again. bouncing back from .02 to .04 with 250,000 shares traded today.

Insider HAVE loaded the boat.. the most recent in May at $.055 per share. NICE
