Been watching this one get taken down from over a dollar constantly on good news. Low float, under a penny. I don't know if shorts are playing games, but if this thing gets going, it can really move fast.

I am looking and crossing my fingers for this to trend upward as well. Not sure about anyone else but this seems to be a good opportunity even though the price keeps dropping they keep receiving good news and new partners. Any thoughts on this?

Pinksheet has finally removed the Caveat Emptor status on QEDC since they are up to date on financial filings, etc. Hopefully this helps the stock out some.

QED Connect Protects Award-Winning Auto Dealerships From Internet-Based Threats and Enhances Productivity
QED Connect, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QEDC), an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, continues to see growing demand for information security solutions among small to medium-sized businesses, today announcing the addition of Port City Auto Group as a customer. Omni Manager and Kaspersky(R) 6.0 anti-virus software, a QED partner offering, were implemented on computers across three of the group's New Hampshire and Massachusetts-based dealerships, including Port City Nissan, Port City Suzuki and Amesbury Chevrolet/Volkswagen. Together, the products provide network security and employee productivity tools that include Internet filtering and powerful anti-virus protection.
"We implemented Omni Manager primarily to control Internet use and prevent staff from accessing web sites that could ultimately introduce viruses into our network. It's very costly to fix the problem in terms of both lost time and system repairs," said Tony DeCosta, Service Manager for Port City Nissan. "Omni Manager also increases employee productivity commensurate with the amount of time that they are not browsing the Internet. In the service department, we sell labor so productivity is critical. Once hours are gone, that time is lost revenue we can't get back. We're also paperless in this department, keeping data such as shop manuals and updates for cars' computer systems on our PCs. I can't afford to have our PCs down because technicians are visiting social networking sites such as MySpace or Facebook, or because viruses enter our computers from malicious sites. The same goes for the sales department -- if the opportunity to browse distracting, non-work related sites isn't there, that translates into more sales."

(PINKSHEETS: QEDC), an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for the information security market, continues to expand its education industry customer base with the announcement of a three-year contract with Massachusetts-based Clinton Public Schools. Clinton has chosen QED's flagship Omni Manager to provide Internet filtering, monitoring and reporting on over 250 of its computers district-wide. After a successful initial implementation in the high school labs, Omni Manager's contract was expanded to cover the district's middle school and library computer labs. Students can safely surf the Internet for educational purposes without being exposed to inappropriate or harmful material, while Clinton's staff can view student Internet activity in real time.
"Omni Manager has significantly increased visibility into our Internet environment," said Kathy Fahy, Technology Coordinator for Clinton Public Schools. "The ability to see where a student has been over the course of a day, or even all week, is very useful for us. Omni Manager tracks the students' entire pattern of activity down to every last detail, which makes it easier for us to address potential problems. After seeing how well the product worked in the high school, we purchased additional seats to provide the same levels of visibility and protection in our

As of 9:53 AM ET 5/20/08 QED Connect, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QEDC), an innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for the information security market, today introduced an e-mail archiving service, the first offering from its recently announced partnership with MessageLabs. The QED Connect e-mail archiving service powered by MessageLabs is a cost-effective solution for mailbox management and e-discovery. It is especially relevant to companies that operate under legal discovery and regulatory compliance guidelines such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), legislation stating that all business records, including electronic records and electronic messages, must be saved for a minimum of five years.
"A significant portion of company data resides in e-mail, making efficient e-mail management imperative," said Tom Makmann, Chairman of QED Connect. "The price point and in-house IT resources associated with deploying an e-mail archiving system have made it prohibitive for many companies. Expanding the range of QED's managed services to include e-mail archiving is a logical step that builds upon our model of making critical applications accessible outside the enterprise sector. This service safely archives every internal and external e-mail and provides on-demand access to e-mails that need to be located -- all while ensuring 100% privacy and complete data security."
