I don't have any of this stock and am not intending on buying just thought it was interesting with the spike of volume company can't sell the shares to themselves can they?

Looking through the filings now, Peacock bought 5m at 0001 when he knows a R/S is gonna happen? Wow!
I think these companies do crap like this to get more people interested in the stock.
To consider and vote upon a proposal to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation t o authorize ten billion thirty million (10,030,000,000) shares of capital stock of the Company, of which ten billion (10,000,000,000) shares will relate to Common Stock and thirty million (30,000,000) shares will relate to preferred stock, subject to further designation by the Board of Directors of the Company; and

To consider and vote upon a proposal to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to effect a reverse split of the Company’s Common Stock at a ratio of up to one-for-two hundred during the nine month period following the date of the Special Meeting of Shareholders

Wow makes me sick when companies do that I could manage a company better then some of these people that are running companies I wish I knew how to become a CEO of a company.

eh, most avoid r/s plays because the spread is just so crazy, but the float is usually small for about a week or so before they dump.
What you want is a broker screw up which will cause a short squeeze. Man, we need another PAIV or AWYB
