This was beat to a pulp today, UHV, down 52%, RSI 21,

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date. The issuer had 89,043,219
shares of par value $.001 per share common stock issued and outstanding on November 2, 2007.

The numbers are out on the Geer company CFUL bought out as well as a possible explanation as to why the price imploded. It appears they wrote down 92mm in debt. If I am reading that right its behind us and now we can maybe make some headway. TMAN...
