25M OS is nothing for a pinksheet stock. They are in a great sector and if half of the story is true this one is way oversold. Looks like the short termers are out and this one can proceed on it's way up on good DD.

''Eye on America'' show to feature RCC Holdings Corp
Wednesday February 27, 10:00 am ET

KISSIMMEE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The producers of Eye on America and RCC Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:RCCH - News) have reached an agreement to feature RCC Holdings Corp. International Wastewater Systems (“RCC/IWS”) in an upcoming episode as part of the show’s Eye on the Environment series on Leading Developments and Technology in Waste Water Treatment for the 21st Century.

International Wastewater Systems has been researching and developing advanced technologies for wastewater treatment that include sequence batch reactor systems capable of handling small-to-medium-sized communities, with larger systems capability planned in the very near future. The technology is tested and approved by NSF International through the EPA’s Environmental Technology Verification Program. Much of the program will be shot live from one of the many RCC/IWS systems located in the Northwestern United States.

According to Claude Smith, President of RCC Holdings Corp., the goal for RCC/IWS is “to be the definitive Wastewater Solutions company, a one-stop shop for developers to go to insure maximum value from their wastewater treatment investment dollar.”

In related news, RCC is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Parrish and Jerry Cinq-Mars to the Advisory Board of RCC. Residents of North Carolina, their tens of years of experience in wastewater treatment sales and engineering, and their well known achievements in the Carolinas over the past 30 years will help RCC pursue that market with true solution providers and expertise. They will take a lead role in that region’s development and aid and assist in RCC’s national rollout.

Revenue news. Looking good.

RCC Holdings Corp. CEO Announces Projected Revenues

Business Wire via COMTEX

Mar 20, 2008 10:00:01 AM

ONTARIO, CA., Mar 20, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

First quarter results, 2008, for RCC Holdings Corp. show substantial improvements in original sales projections. Total RCC projected revenues for projects obtained in the first quarter are projected at $5,041,000 to $7,041,000 spread across 2008 and 2009. Profit margins are expected to exceed 50%.

RCC's business plan had projected $7,000,000 in sales for calendar year 2008, but has revised this upward to $12,000,000 based on first quarter results. Second year business plan projections were estimated at $14,000,000, and have been upgraded to $22,000,000 since some of the first quarter business is expected to lead to local business expansion in subsequent years.

The company continues to look for acquisitions that will either provide more management strength to the organization or add complementary products and services to its already existing company portfolio. Because of the environmental concerns of commercial developers and emerging economies around the world, consistent double-digit growth is expected from its International Wastewater Systems ("IWS") subsidiary. Its slogan "Wastewater Solutions for the Green Developer" leads the marketing, which will be shown in more detail in the Eye on America segment it will be filming in late April for showing in June. With the ability to handle both small and large developers through new relationships, possibilities for larger systems and larger revenues exist.

Summary:

RCC projects first quarter sales of $5,041,000 to $7,041,000, upgrading full year sales estimates to $12,000,000 from $7,000,000 and upgrading 2009 full year projections to $22,000,000 from $14,000,000.

When using financial estimates in press releases, it is RCC policy to use conservative estimates.

Updated DD that anybody can verify if interested and nobody can dispute. GLTA.

-Going International...RCC/IWS is pleased to announce an agreement to provide water and wastewater treatment solutions to Caribbean Private Investment Corporation ("CPIC"). CPIC is an international business company. CPIC and their associates have been involved in international projects since 1965.

-"Eye On America" Hosted by Greg Gumbel will be doing a nationally broadcasted TV event on RCCH/IWS.

- $5-$7 Millions of dollars in revenue in first quarter. Profit expected to exceed 50%. Per PR.

-Estimated revenue for calendar year 2008 sales to $15,000,000. As always RCCH uses conservative estimates.

- RCCH will attend the EPA EXPO in Washington, DC at the end of May.

-No outside company debt. Principle have been putting up their own money.

-T/A is not gagged. 121,200,000 +/- shares issued and outstanding as of April 9th, 2008. (469) 633-0101

-Company is open and will take investors calls. (909) 483-6500

-Lakeside Equipment Company brought into RCCH for construction and engineering (03/11/2008). RCCH will now be able to support capacities in the millions of gallons per day in volume. Lakeside has representation throughout the United States as well as outside the USA. Domestic and International.
http://www.lakeside-equipment.com/

-No PR had ever shown revenue only what States they are working on and various shareholder updates. That changed in a big way on February 7, 2008 when the final permit was issued. Much more HUGE news will continue IMO.

-Huge systems worth millions of dollars. Revenue could be huge and expected (by me) to be 100's of million of dollars within the next 12-18 months.

-Revenue does not stop once the systems are built. RCCH continues to receive residual income for managing, maintaining and updating all sites. These are not build them and leave them systems.

-They have been working for years to get these final permits. The final permit is similar to an auditing process where all engineering documents that were even previously approved are reviewed. Final permit done 2/07/2008.

-Now two (2) States are completed, Montana and North Carolina. Many more States should be close behind. At least six (6) more States to be added short term per the first PR release. Very good. Many more to come.

-Could be many, many, large overseas accounts as well. Four (4) countries in the works that we know of per the first PR. Short term.

-All quarterly reports have been submitted up to September 30th. First quarter 2008 report will show some of the progress.

-RCCH/IWS systems are the only systems that are EPA approved to be double stacked. EPA and DEQ approvals are huge.

-Systems are typically for developments of 350 homes and up and commercial facilities. Towns, cities etc. but can be used for any sized project. Can do millions of gallons per day.

-Solid company with approvals from both the State (DEQ) and Federal Government (EPA) levels. Can't get better recommendations then approvals from the Governments of the USA.

-Per filing on 11/07/2007 the A/S is 2.5 billion.

Information is taken from the RCCH quarterly report ending September 30, 2007, from calling the T/A on April 9th 2008, PR's and various State and the EPA government websites. GLTA.
