This one is way over sold. 140m O/S, management owns almost 100m. Float around 40m Bio Diesel play. Bulletin Board move imminent. Over $1.7 Billion in future orders from the European Union. Looks good at this level.

yeah but they are 2 years away from production. They have no cash that mean they will continue to dilute and then a R/S

Authorized only 250m, I believe they will get financing through a third party before the CEO would dilute his majority ownership position. They also want the move to the BB to happen. Major dilution would be a hindrance.

There has already been commentary via PR's. They have also been aggressively answering the questions pertaining to the BB move. They spent all of this money and time on audited financials, a new website, and working with the BB. Not just that, but they have only gone from 97m-140m O/S in a couple of years via an old private placement coming to expiration. The ceo and insiders own close to 100m shares as well. I feel this one is due not just because being oversold, but major news should be coming.
