This corporate action will take effect at the open of business 12/18/2007. The new symbol on this date will be RVGD.

DECATUR, Ind., Dec 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Revenge Designs Inc. (Pink Sheets:RVGD), a specialty car designer and manufacturer recently announced that the company has entered negotiations to open its first satellite assembly location in the Southeast United States.
Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "I am very pleased with today's announcement and I am optimistic that we can rapidly finalize our negotiations to open our first satellite location in the Southeast United States during January 2008."
Collorafi added, "This location's first production modification will be the body conversion and modification of the Honda Ridgeline to accommodate anticipated demand from Southeastern Honda Dealerships and retail customers alike. Its an election year and tax time.Brokers are already saying the first quarter will be a bad one.That is why I guess things will taper off near april.If I was looking for short gains to buy and sell quickly for small gains I could do that but I hope to at least double before I jump.Aprill would be a fair assessment.I wish or hope I am wrong.Watch CNBC,that is what I watch alot and the "experts" are saying about the same thing...JMO
