Juniper Adds Two Major Clients to 4th Quarter Revenue Wednesday January 2, 8:00 am ET
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Juniper Group, Inc. (OTCBB:JUNI - News) (“Juniper”) a wireless communications contractor, specializing in tower erection, extension, modifications as well as cellular wireless, broadband and microwave system installations has contracted with Complete Tower Sources, Inc. Complete Tower Sources, Inc. (“CTSI”) provides services to the wireless industry throughout the Gulf Coast region. Its customers include the top four wireless operators, two of the most respected program management companies and various government entities. CTSI is a subsidiary of Charys Holding Company which provides telecommunications infrastructure and general business services though its subsidiaries. Juniper was awarded bids to work in Mississippi to provide technology upgrades, equipment modification, reconfiguration of lines and antennas and sweep tests. Based on the quality and timely delivery of work by Juniper to date in Jackson, MS, Juniper will look to CTSI to get involved with CTSI’s 300 tower upgrade in Louisiana and to assist in raw land site development for its new sites in the New Orleans, LA area in early 2008. The first phase of work in Jackson, MS has been completed, and has resulted in an additional $151,000 of revenue in the fourth quarter. ADVERTISEMENT
In addition, Juniper was awarded work in Florida and Georgia to provide the same services as it has for CTSI for Barran Telecom, a subsidiary of Israel’s engineering, construction and technology giant Barran Group – providing services to the global wireless telecommunications industry. It is estimated that this work will add approximately $160,000 of revenue in the fourth quarter. Juniper anticipates that it shall continue to provide Barran with the same quality and timely delivery in 2008.
Mr. Vlado P. Hreljanovic, Chairman, CEO and President of Juniper Group Inc., stated, “We anticipate that the demand for broadband installation and wireless infrastructure services will increase in the wireless broadband segment during 2008 through continued support of the tremendous growth in the cellular market and through a robust wireless industry in general. We anticipate that Juniper will show a growth in the fourth quarter of approximately $485,000 in revenue, a substantial increase over last quarter. Our work is in high demand, pushed by the proliferation of services now being added to cell phones and cable. We see both CTSI and Barran as good partners in 2008.”

important note TO BOARD :JUNI has no dilution or shares dumping !!they got 100000$ financing from investors ; New Millennium Capital Partners II, LLC, AJW Master Fund, Ltd, and AJW Partners, LLC (collectively, the "Investors") from 8-K 01/24/08 i know those investors from other comppanies i "ve been in and i can tell you they has nothing to compare to cornell(the thief).on the contrary those group are well know for their integrity and mostly they only invest in companies where they see shares appreciation in order to make money!!

Juniper Group (OTCBB : Juni -NEWS ) announced today that an initial contract worth in excess of $5.4 million dollars has been awarded by a major Internet-over-Satellite Internet service provider See ISP. (ISP).
This single order for satellite Internet infrastructure equipment represents more than 35% of Juniper Group's 50% revenue in one contract.
The equipment will be used to continue the wireless Internet service provider's national and international build-out of its satellite based, wireless Internet service provider network.
Juniper Group Inc. is already manufacturing the first 600 units of a total of 1,000 DT 8000 Digital Earth Stations as part of the original terms of the contract. A Network Management System, and additional elements within the order, including a suite of custom-engineered solutions for the client, could potentially increase the value of the contract to an even higher amount.
Juniper Group's president and chief executive officer, said: "We are extremely gratified by this order. This supports our stated strategy of aggressively developing the Internet-over-Satellite Infrastructure end of our business.

Juniper Group announced that it has been awarded an agreement with International Wireless Services (IWS) to provide tower services throughout the domestic market. Juniper has serviced 8 sites and anticipates being awarded another 40 sites, adding to the fast paced growth that Juniper is experiencing. Juniper has successfully performed services for IWS on sites in Texas, Indiana, Oklahoma and Missouri. IWS is a comprehensive, full service construction company specializing in telecommunication and data site installation. It is a subsidiary of Eagle International Communications, Inc., an owner and operator of telecommunication cell tower sites. Juniper Group (OTCBB:JUNI) announced that it has been awarded agreements with WFI Deployment (WFI) to provide tower services in the Chicago area. Juniper has been awarded site audits, sweep testing and co-location build-outs.
WFI has provided end-to-end network deployment to some of the world’s largest carriers. In 2007, WFI deployment business was purchased by a private investment firm Platinum Equity, LLC (a specialist in purchasing pubic to private transactions). WFI services include site investigation and acquisition services, infrastructure design and installation, network services, construction, and overall project management.
Mr. Vlado Hreljanovic, Juniper CEO states, “We are pleased to be selected to perform site audits, corrective sweeps and co-location build-outs for WFI . We expect to be doing extensive work for them in the Chicago area over the next several months. These services could lead to a substantial increase in Juniper’s revenue.
