Just stay away from stocks with O/S more than 400 M shares, or you should expect R/S sooner or later, even if the ceo said no R/S.

However, we can expect the future events in terms of chance. For examples:

By paper tracking one can also find other facts.
When you are trading pink/otc stocks, you are gambling. So just choose some plays that have good chance to win 5X or more, and stay away from the ones with high chance of R/S. This may not guarantee you to win all the time, but it can improve your odds of winning.

Med Gen Reports 195% Increase in 1st Qtr. Revenue

BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan 07, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Med Gen Inc. ("MGEN") (MGEN, Trade ), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC healthier life products and specialty financial services reports that unaudited 1st quarter revenue was $512,836 exceeding the same period in 2006 by 195%. Liquidity in the form of cash on hand or cash equivalents exceeds $650.000.
"This report is an indicator of the progress we have been making and expect to continue making throughout 2008," said Paul Kravitz, Chairman/CEO.
The company's business plan calls for a concentration of effort and capital on sales and marketing for at least the first 6 months of the year, precluding the launching any new products. Early response to Fab U Lust(TM) from distributors is very favorable and TV Spots are being tested in random areas throughout the country. A new TV Commercial featuring Sunset Thomas, the Fab U Lust(TM) spokesperson, will be ready for March airing.
