Lot of insider selling, not encouraging. Raised A/S from 75,000,000 to 1,000,000,000, but O/S is relatively stable. They all have shortcomings. Play at your own risk.

Becareful, I'm a little rusty, haven't played in awhile, but bought more at the .004 today. I didn't scour the 10Q, but the volume doesn't look great enough to be conversion dilution.

C'mon now Tex, tell us you bought, or are going to buy some. Like I said though, becareful, I'm rusty. I missed it by a day, (so far), could be weeks more of this pos staggering around before it goes, but my memory and experience says it goes. When? Well, I leave that to smarter guys then I am to know that.
Just seemed knid of weird that they raise the A/S from 75,000,000 to 1B, and increased the O/S realtivley little, then the MM's bring it down from .025/.03 range. Might be getting it ready for one last kick in the ass before that potetntial dilution starts. Who knows, I've been worng before.

anyone can route buys and sells thru ARCA, means nothing imo, its just that ARCA has been selling so much is whats interesting. You never know what he's up too, frontloading? dilution? regardless chart looks like a gift especially with RM impending. jmho

ARCA is an electronic securities exchange. Give it a quick read, it's too long for me to read. I just know "they" use ARCA. They'll play both sides of the street with ARCA.
