It's a mixed bag Viper. I think everybody is looking at the 550K in revenues vs the projected 3.7M and running scared. Of course the MM's are eating it up.
IF CYBL was anticipating their 07 revenues to come from military orders then they probably didn't expect anything until 4th quarter.
If you look a little further you will see Desutche Bank bought $600K of stock warrents for expanded production expense. A bank won't loan 600K to a company just to keep busy with paperwork.
