Asks are fake with the purpose of taking cheap shares,great moment now with lots of people waiting to ,03 and 9 days to trade it. if appears a bid for the co imagine may explode in a big way.im in ,036.

Very unlikely there is a good time to buy this stock. Ever. The company is in bankruptcy, it has already struck a deal to sell all assets--not the company, just the assets. All of them.
There is a slim possibility that they will get a better offer, but the most likely scenario is that INPC will become a shell. What's a NASDAQ shell worth? I don't know, more than a pink shell probably.
Strictly a lotto play and you shouldn't pump it as anything else.

in 8 days till deslisting many things happen, posibility of a buy.out,ruomours etc etc this thing is a posible ten bagger imho. the best to trade right now sure.
