October 23, 2007 PlanetLink Announces Closing of Acquisition of Pluginz
PlanetLink Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:PLKC) announced that all documents related to the acquisition of Pluginz by Planettraks, a subsidiary of PlanetLink, have been completed. “We wanted to move as expeditiously as possible to complete this acquisition so that we could get down to business,” commented M. Dewey Bain, CEO of PlanetLink and Planettraks. Bain added that the closing of the deal with Pluginz allows PlanetLink to move forward with acquisitions of larger companies.
The CEO of Pluginz, Inc, Robert Lott, said that “this is an exciting time for Pluginz because we can now move forward in our discussions with other plug in businesses to acquire several of these companies which means we can increase income and reduce costs.”

Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On October 19, 2007, Planetlink Communications, Inc. (the “Registrant”) closed a Stock Purchase Agreement executed on October 17, 2007 with Planettraks Inc., a Nevada corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, as the Purchaser, Pluginz Inc., a Florida corporation, and Plugin Stores, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together, the “Companies”), and Pluginz, LLC, a California limited liability company, the Seller.
Pursuant to the agreement, the Seller sold to the Purchaser all of the capital stock that the Seller owns in each of the Companies (the “Shares’), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Sale of Capital Stock . At the closing of the agreement, the Seller sold to the Purchaser purchased from the Seller title to all of the Shares.
Closing Deliveries of the Purchaser and the Registrant . Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the agreement, at the closing, the Registrant and the Purchaser delivered the purchase price to the Seller, including the stock certificates and promissory note.
“Purchase price” shall mean the combination of: (a) a promissory note for $75,000.00 to be paid to the Seller within 180 days of the Closing and (b) 1,700,000,000 shares of the Registrant’s common stock.
A copy of the agreement was attached as an exhibit to a Current Report filed by the Registrant on October 19, 2007. A press release issued on October 23, 2007 by the Registrant in connection with the acquisition is also attached to this current report".

PlanetLink Announces CEO Resigns, Robert Lott Appointed CEO
CUMMING, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/24/07 -- PlanetLink Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: PLKC) announced that M. Dewey Bain will resign as CEO and Robert Lott has been appointed CEO in his place effective Monday, October 29th, 2007. Mr. Lott will also be appointed to the Board shortly as part of the agreement.

CUMMING, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/27/07 -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTCBB: PLKC), announced that its subsidiary, Planettraks, Inc., has completed the acquisition of DnC Multimedia, Inc. As part of the deal, Chris Piercy, Robert Lott, Robert Lau, and Hanseo Park will join the PlanetLink Board of Directors. Also, Robert Lau has been appointed CFO of PlanetLink effective immediately. PlanetLink intends to change its name to "DnC Multimedia, Inc." in the near future.
