Ariel Way, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AWYI) announced its plans to acquire 10 percent of FaceTime Strategy, a full-service new media agency. The letter of intent stipulates the company's interest in investing in the firm that specializes in advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns via the Internet, broadcast, print and other mediums.
The strategic partnership will provide Ariel Way, Inc. access to an innovative agency with a new method for creating and utilizing content. From podcasts to ****s, digital signage, to videos and online networking communities, FaceTime offers revolutionary products and services to bolster brand recognition for companies looking to enter the digital signage marketplace.
This deal is critical for the Digital Signage Network, owned by Ariel Way, which will be located in various shopping and retail outlets throughout the country.

(OTC Bulletin Board: AWYI - News) announced today the Company has signed a letter of intent to acquire Lime Truck, Inc., a Dallas, TX based out-of-home advertising company specializing in nationwide advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns based on mobile advertising trucks (www.limetruck.com). The deal is expected to be accretive to Ariel Way's 2008 earnings with strong EBITDA. The transaction, which is subject to the signing of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions, has a two-step closing process with a first expected closing within two months. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
