iFinix Corp. Reports Financial Results for Last Half of 2004 and the Full Years of 2005 and 2006

Recent Significant Developments

-- Successfully launches iFinix RealTime Information Platform
-- Raises $1 million in private placement
-- Signs letter of intent with Legend Securities to license the iFinix
Trader Platform
-- Added one hundred features to iFinix RealTime Information Platform,
including technical data and charts, alerts and indicators

iFinix Corp. (PINKSHEETS: INXR) today reported its unaudited financial results for the last two quarters of 2004 and the calendar years of 2005 and 2006.

In the first two and a half years of operation, iFinix reported total aggregate revenue of $246,397, which stemmed largely from its computer services business operations. In the same period, it reported aggregate losses of $4.93 million, which included $3.68 million of non-cash items for accounting charges from the issuance of company stock and its convertible debenture.

iFinix Chairman Drew Budhu said, "iFinix proudly presents its financial statements, which dramatically underscore our tremendous accomplishment of producing and launching the iFinix RealTime Information Platform. In only three years, with a modest cash loss of $1.24 million, we got the company through its development stage."

"We have worked very hard with limited resources to report to our investors the best financial information possible, covering the first two and a half years of iFinix's development stage," he added.

"We worked through a number of complex accounting issues and now we plan to provide the financial information for the first six months of this year very shortly," he said.

"iFinix is now poised to earn revenue from its RealTime Information Platform, the premier decision-support system that helps active investors in microcap stocks trade efficiently and at the right current price," he added.

Budhu noted that the company recently added one hundred features to the RealTime Information Platform, including technical charts data, alerts and indicators. With these built-in real-time decision-support tools, he noted, traders can perform simple to complex calculations using real-time information from more than 100 markets, which helps level the playing field for individuals in competing with professionals in the market.

Additional information about the features is available by calling iFinix at 516-504-3981.

The iFinix RealTime Information Platform provides pricing and volume information to microcap traders and broker/dealers of microcap stocks equal to that available on blue-chip stocks. Its price reporting is precise to the sixth decimal point -- two decimal points greater than its competition -- a difference that is financially significant to frequent traders.

You really need to read the Fins. The loss was over years not a quarter. It's a Pinkie start up and should lose money starting out. Now look and see how they have stopped the bleeding and the losses are lower over the past few years.

Not only that but the product was only launched in the past Q so that any profits are not shown. At this point this may be a lotto pick but I do believe it has a much better chance than CBAY for a nice run and profits.

Hey 10 how is everything?

Mathis, I understand but look at how much of the O/S is owned by insiders. I think when you look at that you will see the float to be less than 5B.

What has USXP's O/S and float been over the past year and where has it run to? Think about it.

I agree about the chance of it running better than CBAY.

I would like to see more volume today...that would be a better indicator (for me anyways)...

Hey Wally...been good...and you?!!
Frank...for a company starting out...this was remotely "good news"...inxr has mad a few runs over the past year...I made some change with it...I left a few shares in my pocket from the last run...seems it was pushing 2 pennies...I'd have to look to be sure...I was hoping...back then that it would be a good hold...it was too bad it fell so hard...as far as buying in now? I'll tell ya what...in these pennies...anything is possible...
Throw 100 bucks in at .0002 and it runs to .0005 or higher..you've made some spending $!!

Mathis..I know you had several shares...selling at this point? has to be a hard call!
Comparing this to USXP? heck...that one made a huge run and I am not even sure the number system goes as high as the amount of shares that POS had!!!

It's too bad this fell so much...

Nope im hanging in there...I don't expect a new company to have profits like well established orgs. They are still working the bugs out of their program. I might add to avg down however. Cant get as bad as CSHD, right [Wink]
Hope your doing good 10

Havent read it in full Wally, just skimmed it, but will check it out. I knew the CEO had a bunch of shares which should be a good thing, but ill re-read it again..
