Good point but this has been confirmed by the new company, of things can change but the dd is pretty solid.
DD on the FAVE merger. Still under the radar. The name change was filed yesterday and the link is below and was confirmed with the President of Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc today by phone! The market cap is under approx 1 million at .04, the company was profitable back in 2003, has worldwide distribution and a great product with patents!! 31 million O/S!! FLOAT is very low!

Thanks for the advice everyone,,,,,,,I'm in * an avg of like .012 and did take some * .035 yesterday,,,,,,,,,I didnt sell any today on the run up I should have said............I still have a bunch left and am gonna hold'm to see what happens,,,,,,,,,I am riding free plus a small amt of profit,,,,,,only enough to pay for this Sunday's pizza and beer,,,,,,,,lol,,,,,,

It ran to .10 not too long ago on a rumor that is was gonna merge with a water company,,,,,,and I'm thinking it will blow past .10 when the announcement comes,,,,,,,,,,,name change was just filed 10/2/07 and I will be adding on any dips,,,,,,,,,,,
Stimulated Environmental is already turning a net profit and looks promising to me,,,,,,,,,,but as I know here in the wild pinky west ya gotta keep your eye on the L2 and react accordingly,,,,,,,,

Chevy, I just got a call from Frank the marketing director at Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc, he thought I was interested in purchasing the Spacapsule from my call yesterday. I told him I was a shareholder of FAVE and he stated great, we are doing a reverse merger with them. I said I know that's why I was calling to find out more about your company and to see what price the Spacapsule sold for. He said the company is PROFITABLE!!!! He also said sales are growing at a 400%-500% every 4 months, sweet! He was extremely excited about the company and sales, he told me that Ella (CEO) and Allen (President) were religous people and have put together a great company!! He's going to have his secretary call me back to let me know if there are any spa's in the area so I can go try one!
He didn't know when the merger would be completed or any other details about it.
