We are now proceeding with the second step -- to reduce the number of shares, through various means including but not limited to a repurchase of shares. The company's ultimate goal is to eventually exit from the domestic markets. Details will be made public through press releases as they occur and the transaction progresses." The upcoming fall season -- New staff has been hired and fall orders have already been placed. The company views the New York office as an exciting opportunity to expand its business into New York City and utilize the space that is available. Numerous inquiries have been received regarding the company's current business operations, including several investors trying to visit the office on 46th street. As previously stated in a press release; The Company is currently in the process of remodeling this office for the fall season.
that's so funny. How long have they been saying this???
"to reduce the number of shares, through various means including but not limited to a repurchase of shares." imo they will not incur any cost to themselves which leaves the RS or some other tricky maneuver. I would be VERY surprised to see anything that would benifit the shareholder. Just my opinion.
Things that make you go hmmmmmm.... (copied that from someone else lol)
