Any thoughts here? This one has been taken down HARD! From like .50 to .004 in a very short period of time. Now I'm sure it's some sort of dilution, but kinda strange because the volume has been kept so low....only averging around a million shares traded a day recently. Looks like it has the potential to bounce very hard one of these days....any thoughts?
